This lovely 31m2 studio is on the 13th floor, accessible by lift.
Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the serene views.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.4
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Guests will have full access to the entire home as well as the building’s shared amenities, including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a children's play area, and ample covered parking for both residents and visitors.

The tower is perfectly situated near the Trump International Golf Club, a prominent landmark offering top-tier golfing and scenic views. It's also just a 20-minute drive from the Mall of the Emirates, where residents can enjoy high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
In terms of convenience, the location provides easy access to major roads like Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Hessa Street, ensuring seamless connectivity to key destinations across Dubai. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped parks, walking paths, and picnic areas, the neighborhood is ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation.
Within the DAMAC Hills community itself, residents have access to a variety of retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, offering everything you need within close reach. This location blends leisure, convenience, and connectivity, making it an ideal place to call home.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
