The location of the condo was perfect for our visit to see our daughter. Property has been updated nicely. Only complaint was the size of the bathroom. Overall had a great experience.

Lose the diffusers

Nice place. Way too many diffusers and candle scents. If you are sensitive to perfumy scents, this place was too overwhelming.

Lovely unit. Pleasant stay.

Our stay was 9 days. The location is close to downtown. The neighborhood is a mix of new construction and areas which are gentrifying. The complex is quiet. The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable for two. Kitchen is well appointed.

Great spot with nice neighbors

We came to train Jiu Jitsu at New Wave in Austin for a month. The location was in close proximity to Renzo Gracie Austin where New Wave is located. Jerald was the property owner and couldn't have been more accommodating. The best part about the stay was the kindness of the neighbors. They welcomed us in and allowed us to use their grill. The stay was delightful.

It was a nice quiet condo. We enjoyed our stay! It was on the outskirts of downtown Austin. We drove ourselves into downtown and easily got Ubers to & from.

Nice condo, but pool lacking

Interior of condo was great, but the community pool was not at all what is pictured. No landscaping at all, and the grass, if any, hadn’t been mown in a while. Also, no pool chairs or tables as pictured. The pool was clean though. Overall, condo has a great location, only took us about 15 minutes to get to the main Austin attractions (not during the commute hours). We enjoyed our stay, but disappointed in the pool

Cozy unit!

Stayed here while we were in town for the F1 race. Didn't have any trouble making it to and from the track, and the unit itself made for a nice refuge after a long day in the sun. Very well maintained and even got a chance to see the Braves game using the big screen TV. Special shout out for the nice shower head.

Great long-term stay

We stayed for a month and enjoyed it so much that we extended an extra month. Jerald was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Parking was easy, and we didn't have any noise issues the entire time we stayed.

This property was as shown. The location is excellent. It was very clean and furnished with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely supplied for cooking or baking.

Exceeded expectations!

My husband and son stayed here for Thanksgiving and it exceeded expectations. IIt was spotless, and very well appointed for whatever you need. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood on Austin, good parking and close to many restaurants, and good access to highways. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Perfect stay

I spent 12 days in this wonderful condo. It was truly sparkling clean on my arrival and fully stocked. The living area is comfortable and nicely furnished. I really appreciated the functioning printer/scanner and dependable WiFi since I had to work during my visit. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a good shower. The pool was wonderful! Just the right temperature, clean and quiet. The condo is very well located. My only complaint is the desk light was not adequate. I solved that by buying a cheap desk lamp to use while I was there.

Property was as described. Very convenient location. Washing machine did not work but owner in the midst of repair. Well-kept grounds. There would be little room to walk about were the blow up bed put in living room. There was a very comfortable couch as a second bed.

Exactly as Advertised and Much Much More!!

My wife and I came to Austin to attend the United States Grand Prix as well as enjoy our belated honeymoon. This place was a huge factor in our overall trip!! It is so much fun and perfectly located to everything that we were looking for! The person that we were in contact with was 100% professional and super friendly, as is everyone in Austin!! We could not have been happier with our decision and our trip! Without question, we will only be staying in one place when we come to Austin and it is this place!! Super close to amazing food, live music and entertainment! 5 Stars all the way!! Thank you so much!!!!

Good and Cozy with a Great Austin vibe

Quiet and cozy with a great reminder of Austin and ACL. Lots of cool modern updates and the autographed guitar display was really cool. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need

Awesome!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is very quiet and nicely appointed. It is also a quick trip to anywhere in Austin. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is stocked very well with anything you need. I am picky about comfy beds and this one did not disappoint. I highly recommend staying here if you are wanting a nice place to stay in Austin!

It was a cute condo. Upgraded appliances. Very well decorated

It was disappointing that at the pool ALL of the lounge chairs were broken. I fell through one because they were weather worn. We had nowhere to lounge. The pool was great and the grill was awesome and clean to use.

Lots of cool extras! Small and quaint, decor was very cool. Relaxing and quiet.

I came to Austin to see my daughter who is attending the UT. I I didn’t really need a large house. This is a really quaint little condo, it had a lot of neat extras. It is stocked with the basics that are needed (as many I have stayed in didn’t have the basic needs to get started). I love Lots of bed pillows and there were plenty. The pool was clean and well kept. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful with questions. I would definitely stay there again.
