Quick Stay

Location was great for walking. Shoal Creek pretty close to walking, Walked to the original Kerby Lane for breakfast. Great price for a weekend and has parking.

Amazing place for a great price!

We had the best time staying here! The place was cute and clean, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to Guadalupe street where you can find cool stores, good food, groceries, etc. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Was in town for a work trip and needed a place close to the office. The location was perfect for work and to nice dining locations. Close to just about everything I needed!

Great Rental

My sister and I stayed two nights and it was perfect for our needs. It’s a small but comfortable place with everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. The hosts were very communicative and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a solo trip!

This property was perfect for my solo work trip. The hosts were very informative and responsive, and were flexible and helpful when I unexpectedly had to extend my stay. This property had everything I needed, and some nice touches included the water filter and smart TV. It was a great location, I felt very safe, and the interior was super cute.

Gets the job done

Great location, easy instructions for stay but a few things could use improvement. Nesspresso pot great but only two pods for 4 days, toilet paper needs upgrading, no light in the bathroom makes an evening shower strange and bed was ultra firm. Otherwise, place got the job done for a visit in a city to be explored.

Quick Weeknd Trip

My fiancé and I had a wedding reception to attend in Austin. This property was budget friendly but still clean, cute and had a great location. The reserved spot was awesome. The owner was in contact two days before we arrived to welcome us and give us details of checkin. They reached out throughout our stay to checkin. 10/10 we will be back. 😊

Good place to stay if you’re needing an affordable rental

The condo was as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cups/etc., the shower was stocked with soap, and the bed was king size which is nice. We had a little hiccup when we first arrived but the owners were quick to reply when I messaged them. The walls are super thin and so you may want to use the white noice machine they provide. The towels were cute but they didn’t absorb water very well. Overall I’d rate it 3.5/5

10 Day Stay

I thought the place was not equipped for long stays. There was no chest of drawers. There was no knives for cutting. The bathroom sink was clogged.from the first day. I reached out to them immediately. The owners said they were reaching out to the plumber. But they never got back to me.about it. There was a new fly that I had to kill every day of my stay. This may be because the the place had a lot of leaf debris in the back patio area. The place could use some T.L.C.

This property is located in one of my favorite areas of Austin. It's in a safe, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood where guests are able to walk to some of my favorite restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. I also made sure to have the unit remodeled to really spruce up the space!
