In late January and early February, we changed almost everything in the apartment. Flooring, tiles, bathtub, toilets, furniture,... Although we respect everyone's opinion, we want to specify that there is a deadbolt on the front door and the indoor staircase is a standard one with approximately 12 steps and a ramp. Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on HomeAway. We really do take them seriously and every comment, bad or good (although we prefer the good ones) help us be better at what we do. To set the record straight, the pictures were taken in late 2017 right after we've done renovations: adding an en-suite washroom in the rear bedroom, changing the floors, the main bathroom sink and toilet and some furniture. We don’t quite understand what it is that you believe is “not representative of photos”. We do not advertise this place as luxury as it is not. But it is definitely not a worn down place either. We also feel the need to mention that you had reserved an apartment made to accommodate up to 10 people, on the most sought after weekend in Quebec and possibly Canada, The F1 Grand Prix weekend. Rates were high everywhere in Montréal for that event. Obviously, more advantageous rates are offered outside of special events. We're doing our best to keep our place well maintained and clean and we definitely agree with you that those used linens should not have been left behind by our cleaning crew. We'll definitely speak to our team about this, as it's unacceptable. We are, on the other hand, quite confused about your comment on the pool table. We admit that it has hits and bumps on its sides but it also has two major qualities: the felt on it is brand new and the table is straight. We understand you were disappointed but on our side, we wish we had had a chance to fix the situation. FOR ALL FUTUR GUESTS, we have a team available 24/7 and someone is always there to help. We believe errors can happen but the way someone reacts to them shows who they are. We would have corrected most of your issues within a couple of hours if we had been notified. With our small yet professionnal and friendly team we spare no efforts to keep our apartments clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. Location of the Entertainer is indeed a huge plus! Please note that large extra blankets are in the back wardrobe as well as a fan. You're right, free parking can be hard to find on the Plateau, by booking one of our parking spot or buying a daily permit you get the peace of mind. Hope to see you this summer!
