Welcome to our beautiful ski in/ski out luxury condo in the heart of Northstar Village, where stunning mountain and village views greet you alongside abundant sunshine. We are just steps away from the Big Springs Gondola with access to some of the best ski slopes Tahoe has to offer. The convenient location in the Village is just a few steps walk to the nearest Starbucks for your morning coffee or a deli café to grab a quick lunch. Tired after a day of skiing, grab a drink or a bite at a selection of eateries in the Village.

This luxury condo is newly renovated with all the modern amenities:

*A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, place settings, coffee machine, blender, toaster, etc. to cook your favorite meals.

*The cozy living room has a 65 inch smart TV and surround sound system to enjoy a relaxing evening by the fireplace.

*Personal washer/dryer in the condo for you to use anytime during your stay.

* Guests have access to complimentary WiFi.

*Both bedrooms also have their own smart TV's.

*Relax out on the comfortable balcony with a glass of wine or read your favorite novel.

*The living room and the master bedroom have additional pull out sofabeds.

The condo can comfortably sleep 6 adults & 3 teenagers/kids below 16 years of age.

Included is complimentary access to a ski locker on the main floor to store your ski equipment.

The resort also offers many your-round, family-friendly activities such as ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, tennis and golf. Guests can access the Village recreation and swim center that offers a gym, game room, sauna and heated outdoor pool and hot tub. A second fitness center plus hot tub is accessible right across from the condo entrance in the Catamount Building.

Your reservation comes with parking for 1 car in the heated parking garage below the condo and once you pick up your keys, the office will provide you instructions on where to park. If you have a 2nd car, there is no guarantee on parking availability in the parking garage for a 2nd car as it is based on availability, if that is the case, the office will provide you instructions on where to park your second car in one of the parking lots outside of Northstar Village.

Enjoy free access to the Highlands Gondola that takes you to the Ritz Carlton, which offers more dining options. Kings beach and Truckee are both under 10 miles away and offer more activities and choices of cafes and restaurants.

We know most of our guests will be skiing at Northstar since we are just steps away from the ski lifts, however for those that are looking for additional skiing options, here are 3 additional ski resorts:

1) Palisades Tahoe - Distance 18.5 Miles from the
Home - The resort is NOW OPEN!

2) Granlibakken Ski & Sled Hill - Distance 18.6 Miles from the Home - The resort is NOW OPEN! The lifts are scheduled to open on December 13th, 2024

3) Sugar Bowl Resort - Distance 20 Miles from the Home - The resort is NOW OPEN!

Guest Access
Guests will enter through the garage elevator and have access to the ski locker on the ground floor. You'll also enjoy full use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, located nearby.

Other Things to Note
Check-in/Check-out is handled at East/West Hospitality, located in the first building on the right as you walk from the 30-minute loading area. For after-hours check-in, please visit the Northstar Lodge.

Parking
