Our top floor, spacious, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located at the NEW Sparrowhawk Resort in the peaceful hamlet of Dead Man’s Flats, only 7 mins from Canmore. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the large balcony with gas BBQ or relax in the hot tub/heated outdoor pool. Lovely walking trails are at your door step along the Bow river. Well equipped and clean property. Supportive and communicative host. A bit far from parks and sites. We were there at the beginning of July and it was hot during the day. Property is on the 3rd floor. 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have windows and the portable AC struggled to keep the temperature comfortable for everyone.

I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was so well and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to make your getaway memorable. My wife and I and our friends spent two amazing nights at this jewel located in the Rocky Mountains. The pool, hot tub and adjoining exercise room were an added bonus. Parking was an ease and we received free parking during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we plan to do so next winter.

We had a wonderful stay here from December 20 to 26 with our family of four. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The top-floor mountain views were beautiful, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and pool after our day trips.The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect — quiet and scenic, yet close to Canmore and Banff. It was an ideal home base for a relaxing holiday getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A. We had a fantastic stay. Great location... A short drive to Canmore and Banff, and also to Kananaskis. The condo was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It was a true home away from home. Communications with our host were nearly immediate and that was much appreciated. We will definitely being staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay here. Very close drive to Canmore but far enough away not not be in town. Views are fantastic and you can see the mountains from the balcony. Lots of room for 6 plus people. Jenny iwas helpful with recommendations and quick to answer any questions.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The condo is beautiful very clean. Location is perfect. Just outside of Canmore views were spectacular and equipped with everything you could possibly need plus some definitely come back the next time. I’m in Calgary.

Great location in well appointed condo

The property was located in a great spot surrounded by the mountains. The property was clean with fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub and underground parking. The host was very responsive to any questions which helped make our stay a memorable one.

Excellent apartment and even better host!

Apartment was in meticulous condition with a beautiful open-concept design and 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms that was just perfect for our group of 5 plus a mini poodle. Jenny was an excellent host through the entire process, and puts in a lot of details and nice touches throughout the apartment. All in all a great stay!

Spacious, Sparkling Clean Stunning Views!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Jenny’s place near the end of April. From the moment we arrived, we noticed the thoughtful attention to detail—everything was organized in a way that made perfect sense, and the furniture was both comfortable and tastefully chosen. The views from the balcony took our breath away! We all enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub daily. The suite was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Canmore is just minutes away, and Dead Man’s Flats offers beautiful trails and forested areas to explore. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We were a small group of friends needing a restful but fun weekend in the mountains. Not only was the location amazing the unit was beautiful and the perfect amount of space. The pool and hot tub were used a lot! I have never been to a rental that was so stocked!! From the kitchen to bathrooms, there was everything we needed. The host provided all information promptly and responded so quickly to any inquiries. We would love to use Jenny again in the future, and thank you so much for allowing us to experience this amazing property.

We love this area because it's very convenient to access from the airport or highway, it's peaceful with incredible mountain views and close to all the activities we love, including: hiking, biking, skiing, paddle boarding, and taking in the Canmore/Banff town life! We can walk along the river from our door step and/or drive to Canmore in 7 minutes. Our teenagers love the pool, hot tub and fitness room to workout. The area is a true gem!
