Great House! Great Location!

Location is ideal with back beach access point very close, walking distance to great pizza place. Definitely will return.

Great House. Location is perfect with beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Three great porches and a nice area under the house with games, TV, and seating make this house a perfect beach house. We’ve already book another trip to the house in July. Can’t wait.

Chatham Charm is a great find!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It was well furnished, clean and in a location that was convenient for walking to both the beach and shops in Tybee. It was great to have a wagon to take the chairs and supplies to the beach. Happy to have books and games to use also. Ray was very responsive and helpful in booking the house and with any follow-up questions. The only thing I could suggest to improve the rental, is to offer a larger bed in the 3rd bedroom as our trip was all adults and one had to sleep in a twin bed.

A perfect stay

We absolutely loved this house and area. The house is beautiful and clean, right next to the beach, lots of space and the decks are the best!!! We went with two toddlers and all had a great vacation. You also can’t have a better location, and Joy the property manager was excellent with communication when needed. Highly highly recommend!

The beautifully furnished screen porches to hang out on were an hit. Our family especially loved the twin bed swing on the back porch.

It is difficult to review our stay as we ended up with an unforeseen complication with the house upon arrival. Chatham Charm is beautiful and the 3 screened porches were a hit with my 4-year old grandson. It is a great location in regards to the beach on the intracoastal, which we term "Little Tybee". Unfortunately we had to be relocated to a different rental. Joy was very responsive about finding one in less than 24-hours. We appreciate her attentiveness to the situation. While we ended up further from the beach, the second rental, Blue Moon Cottage, was clean, the beds very comfortable and the decor adorable. Tybee has been a beach vacation spot for us over the years and we will be back.

Chatham Charm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at Chatham Charm was absolutely amazing. Although it was a chilly windy, rainy weekend we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a perfect place for a weekend together with our three adult daughters. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well stocked. And the porches! Oh, the beautiful porches! They were our favorite place to hang out, especially the back porch with the bed swing! Joy was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process!We would definitely choose to come back to Chatham Charm again in the future!

I wish this house was ours forever.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! 3 minutes to walk to west beach or south beach. 5 minutes to walk to mid beach by shops, restaurants, longest pier & main grocery store. House is so beautiful inside and out! The only problems we're minor: ripped screens, a little trash in the yard, and the porch floors were really dirty. But we still loved the three giant screened in porches with the swings. I was grateful to use the washer and dryer a few times so we always had clean beach towels and swimsuits.
