The house itself was as described, beautiful and very clean. It was lovely although the dual ovens malfunctioned and kept turning themselves off in the middle of cooking a large family dinner. We used the grill in the rain to finish. The management company was willing to send someone over for repair the next day; however, we declined since we had no plans to do more baking. The biggest issue was the number of mosquitoes surrounding the house. Mosquitoes flew in every time a door opened. A couple of huge roaches flew in as well. The landscaping surrounding the house is beautiful but the volume of it and the water required to maintain it is a breeding ground for insects. Overall, the house is wonderful, but the overwhelming number of mosquitoes makes doing anything outside almost impossible, even with repellent.

Beautiful Home. Few Basics.

Truly beautiful home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Downsides were a lack of basics provided (no hand soap in the kitchen, shampoo in the bathrooms, or beach towels/beach gear provided) and biting insects (fleas and mosquitos) in and around the house. If you're able to pack the basics, or willing to purchase them (including bug spray!), this house is absolutely worth staying in.

This home is amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. It was also immaculate. We found check in to be a breeze. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location, beautiful house, fully stocked kitchen

My whole family was pleasantly surprised with this house. It is better than the pictures show and much larger than expected. It is beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen, cleanest grill ever, and most comfortable beds. I loved the large kitchen which had everything nicely labeled, all items were super cleaned and everything was labeled (loved this). Location is walking distance to the ocean and super cute town. We rent houses 2-3 times per year for family vacations and this was the cleanest house we have EVER stayed in. The kids said this was one of the best family vacations as they enjoyed their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Thank you for the best Tybee Island spring break accommodations!!

Excellent House for a Girls Trip

The house is beautiful and very well stocked. It had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. Quick access to the beach. The beach was quiet and we saw dolphins daily. Easy drive to downtown Tybee and less than 30 minutes to Savannah. The only concern was the lighting which constantly flickered when on.

Weekday beach get-away

The house is absolutely beautiful! Expertly decorated and appointed! This extremely picky, glamorous grandma was impressed and I don’t impress easily. There were a few small things that won’t make or break anyone’s vacation: The LED lights flicker sometimes. My husband informed me that can sometimes happen with LED lights. There is a bulb out in the double Queen bedroom bathroom and we couldn’t get the TV to work in that room and we are very technically savvy people, but we didn’t really watch any tv. We were too busy during the day and tired at the end of the night to hold our eyes open to watch tv. There isn’t a full length mirror in any bedrooms or bathrooms except the hall bath on the main floor. Like I said earlier, only glamorous grandmas care about stuff like that! There are a lot of stairs but you know what comes with a lot of stairs….great views!! Bring bug spray though. This is an amazing place to stay if you’re lucky enough to book it! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent vacation villa

We truly enjoyed this spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderfully clean and fully equipped villa. Recommend it to whoever wants to stay at Tybee island. It’s only 23 min to Savanah and 10 min walking to the beach.

The property is nice and clean and in a neighborhood vibe. Nice place to unwind and have a peaceful time with family and friends. could not view the tv's due to none of having smart phones, etc. The oven was malfunctioning and did notify staff of same. Beautiful home.

Loved the house

The kitchen was amazing. Great laundry room. We had 8 adults and 3 children. using the queen blow up mattress we had plenty of room. Loved that there were 2 sitting areas. Would love to return again!

Beautiful Home Near Beach

We had a great stay at this home. It was beautiful, clean, and the company was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was nice, and felt safe. Good coffee and pizza within walking distance of the house. A few things to note: 1. Wifi is super spotty, so if you need to work remotely, or even hope to watch Netflix, it's probably not going to work out. 2. Access to the beach is a decent walk away, as you can't access right across the street. We had two small children, so it didn't work out well for us. The beach also faces a ship channel, so isn't the best place to swim. 3. Check out is fairly early, 10am. 4. No great grocery stores on Tybee, best to stop in Savannah on your way in. 5. We had extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases. 6. Bedrooms are on second and third floor. If you have anyone with mobility issues, this could be challenging.

The beach and chill all in one!

We wanted to escape for a couple of days to enjoy the extended holiday at the beach. This house was amazing! Clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to accomplish our chilled out days at the beach. We will be back!

Great House Horrible WiFI

Gorgeous home w/ a great a layout and full kitchen. Close 10 min walk to the beach. Only downside to the home is it does not have cable only Roku and Sling TV and the WiFi is not good at all. We tried watching the NBA Finals and it was horrible, going in and out. We had to go to a local sketchy bar to watch it for 2 nights.

Great House On Tybee Island

This house has four spacious comfortable bedrooms, perfect for our group of four retired couples who like to vacation together. We also like to cook together, and the gourmet kitchen served our needs very nicely. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities...very nicely decorated and everything first class.

Holiday Retreat

My family of 5 enjoyed a relaxing few days here between Christmas and New Years. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The house is gorgeous and very spacious. You could easily have a very large group with plenty of space. They even provided a few Christmas decorations. There were a couple of cons: some of the mattresses are in need of replacing (the linens, pillows etc. were great) and the Wifi is VERY spotty. Since there is no cable or satellite system, you have to rely on the Wifi to watch television with the Sling/Roku apps. Notwithstanding those couple of things, I would highly recommend this property.
