• The moment you walk in, the first thing guests notice is the health and wellness space on the ground level. It isn’t a typical “home gym” — it’s a full performance center. You’ll find things like a Peloton Treadmill, Hydrow Rowing machine, a cold plunge (as low as 35°F), free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, padded flooring, premium Sonos surround audio, large TV, refrigerator, and more coming.
• 10' x 30' in-ground pool coming soon—scheduled for completion by July (feel free to inquire for the latest timeline). In the meantime, enjoy our on-site above-ground “cowboy pool,” perfect for lounging with 4–6 guests..
• A custom outdoor Finnish sauna is currently in development and scheduled to be available no later than Fall 2026
