Challenge friends or family, full-sized billiard pool table or indulge in nostalgia with our arcade gaming, classic games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and more. Inside, you’ll find 2 king sized beds 2 queens! Relax on our reclining couches and enjoy the evening with a barbecue using the outdoor grill. The pool temp stays around 80°F in the summer, based on the weather may vary slightly.

Each additional guest after 4 will incur a $25 per person per night fee.
You must agree to pool rules and disclaimer in order to obtain the access code to the property.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING. (indoors and outdoors).

Security cameras outdoors only, for liability and your safety.
We will provide garage access upon request, it is virtual and requires set-up to a downloaded app on your phone.

The pool temperature typically stays around 80°F, but please note it is naturally regulated based on the weather and may vary slightly during your stay. The Pool & Pool sitting area is NOT HEATED. NOR do we turn on jets for guests!!
