Welcome to Music Row Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse located in the heart of Nashville. With modern amenities, a rooftop deck offering city views, and spacious accommodations, this retreat is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a luxury getaway close to all the action. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Built for modern comfort and convenience: three spacious bedrooms, ample bathrooms, convenient covered parking, and thoughtful amenities like a foosball table, kitchen island seating for four plus a nearby tabletop seating four more.
This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, no tub) and 1 King bed - Sleeps 2
Primary Guest Bedroom: with ensuite (“full) bathroom and 2 Queen beds - Sleeps 4
Secondary Guest Bedroom: with 4 Twin beds - Sleeps 4
There is an additional full bathroom as well as a half-bath (“powder room”) for guest convenience.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island with seating for 4, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal.
Spacious living room with a cozy sectional and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
Unwind on the private patio with string lights, perfect for evening drinks and conversations about the day's adventures.
