Upscale Lifestyle: Embrace city life while enjoying the comfort of a sophisticated, modern Nashville retreat.

To Note:
- Parking: Access to parking is via the alley behind the home. There is a gated carport with the address of your home that can fit up to 2 vehicles. On Street parking to the side of the home is also available.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

Lovely stay

Truly enjoyed the stay there with family. The communication with the owners were very prompt when asked for something. This will definitely be my go to stay each time I'm there in Nashville.

21st Birthday

We had a great time celebrating my nieces 21st birthday and this place comfortably fit four adults. Only con: wish they’d had a Keurig because none of us knew how to use the coffee pot.

Nashville long weekend with family

The house is spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the highway so some may consider it noisy. Also, not all windows had blinds/curtains so the light in the mornings was a bit much.

The layout was fantastic! We were in a great location within a short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms nice. There are a few reasons I did not provide 5 stars for this property: 1) The gate around the concrete pad did not open all the way to easily be able to fit the car. I have a Ford Escape so not a large car, but we ended up parking on the road because it was difficult to get the car in/out. 2) It wasn't super clean. I think they forgot to vacuum, and the dishes weren't completely clean. 3) The view of the city was amazing, but there was no curtain on the window showing the city. I had to hide to change clothes because anyone outside could see in. 4) I didn't receive check-in or check-out instructions. I will say that when I inquired, the instructions were sent to me immediately, but we did sit outside in the dark for several minutes until we received a response on the entry code.
