Rental Agreement Notice
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation. Depending on your platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification.

Rules & Fees:
No pets allowed
No parties or events without prior approval
No smoking indoors ($500 remediation fee applies)

Additional Fees:
$150/person/day for exceeding occupancy
$50–$200 for early arrival/late checkout (based on hours)
$500 fine for unauthorized pets or smoking indoors
$200 fine per lost parking pass
