Nice Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. The beds were very comfortable. I would however, recommend everyone remember there toiletries, as there is only a tiny bar of soap in each bathroom. Otherwise a great place to stay. Being very close to all the parks is a great plus as well! The clubhouse with pool and park was a huge success for the kids as well as the private pool area with the condo. The guys loved the grill too! Will definitely comeback for our next vacation!

Fun Family Vacation

Stayed here for a week with my son and grandchildren to celebrate the twins 5th birthday. The huge resort pool, splash pad, and playground were right across the street which is why I chose this specific townhouse. Also, having a private pool at the property was fantastic. It was only 3-4 feet deep which was great for the kids to learn how to swim. It had a safety gate around the pool, but was removed and replaced with ease. Also, the lights in the pool made night time swimming fun for the kids. The townhome was very clean and roomy - well worth the money paid. DoorDash and WalMart Grocery both deliver directly to this address so there’s no need to waste precious vacation time fighting the crowds in the stores and restaurants. My entire family enjoyed staying here and are planning to return soon.

mixed emotions

the experience was fun at first untill about the second day our ac went out and it took them 2 days to fix it so we had to sleep in the heat very unprofessional also the guard gave us issues coming throughbthe gates because our codes stopped working

Over all very nice. Disappointed in the heater on sun pool. Unhappy little grand boys

Good. The pool was only usable the first day. Repair man said it's leaking and kept shutting the heat off. 2 little boys were unhappy they couldn't swim after long day at Disney. Resort pool was great but closed too early

Disney Friendcation

We came down for a Disney trip with another family. We thought the location was perfect for the parks and the pool area was great for our off day.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had some confusion with the lockbox arriving after hours. We were never given an access code and had to call the number on the box to get our packet from inside. No big deal, but frustrating after a 14 hour drive. Every other part of our stay was great. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. We would stay again.

Loved the home. Great amenities.

Very easy check in process ahead of your stay. Literally no cleaning supplies in the property, not used to NOT having to completely clean a property before leaving. Toilet leaked the first night of the stay but was fixed within an hour. Such a great location and amenities. No pool floats/toys at the property. The biggest complaint we had was that we rented Saturday to Saturday and on Friday they changed the gate code and we couldn’t get in right away but guard opened gate with no issues.

Great location, cleaning could have been better

Our house was exactly as pictured online. Location was ideal for getting around easily. About 20 mins to magic kingdom. And about 10 mins to any type of store or restaurant you could think of. The clubhouse pool was great for the kids, shallow enough to let them swim by themselves and they loved the pool slide. Unfortunately apon arrive my husband found a few hair strands on my kids pillows (which didn't belong to them) and we also swept up some hair and dust on our first day which also didn't belong to us. Not to mention the dust under the kitchen table. Maybe we are clean freaks, but then again maybe not. Any cleaning service should have noticed these few simple things. All in all I would recommend this house to any group looking for an ideal location and an updated interior. We had a great week with our family and we can't wait for our next trip!

Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had no idea it wouldn’t be stocked with some essentials. It was bare bones from other VRBO’s we have stayed at. I would have been happy to leave laundry detergent and dish soap behind but nothing was left for us. Toilet paper not stocked either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and swimming in our pool in the evenings. Just wish simple things could have been provided, like garbage bags and paper towels and coffee filters. Will be more prepared if we stay again.

Good place to stay, needs work

Our check in process was very easy , and seamless. The place was very spacious, and comfortable. Our 3rd night at our condo our AC stopped working. It was very hot in our condo, during the hottest time of the year. The maintenance staff came the next day to service the AC. The AC was set at the recommended setting 72 degrees. The temp stayed at 75 even after being serviced (outside temp 95 plus). We have very limited cooking utensils in our condo. We didn’t have a baking sheet , grilling utensils to use the grill, or serving bowls. The night before we went home. We tried washed our clothes. The dryer was broke. We contacted 24 hour maintenance, was told they could not fix it until the next morning. We had a family of 6, two loads of wet clothes, and a 13 hour drive ahead of us. Wish they could offered a better solution, to get our wet clothes dry. We had to hang them in the bathroom to air dry. We will have to rewash when we get home. Recommend doing a check list before new guest come to stay, making sure AC, and appliances work.

Great property and location...

I would say that my family was pleasantly surprised over the location and home itself. The home worked great, putting our young adults upstairs while Mom and Dad had the downstairs bedroom gave us all the space we needed. The home was in great condition, I did see where touchup paint was applied to show pride of ownership. My only recommendation,.. have the carpets cleaned and spring for a faster internet connection for those who have to work remote even when on vacation.

The house was very DIRTY!! Food all over the walls in the kitchen, and mold growing in the trash can it stunk!! The carpet was dirty and had stains all over it. Found m&m all over the floor in the living room, and we have a two year old so we had to clean immediately. There were broken lights and other things missing like a stopper for the sink so we couldn’t put water in the sink. On day two we had a cockroach in the master bathroom. For what we payed to stay at this place it should have been clean! I was told by Florida scandi that it’s normal to have cockroaches. I informed the lady that we stay in Florida every year and have never once seen a cockroach in any place we have stayed. Let’s just say the place was cleaner when we left!!

We loved the condo, plenty of space and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The clubhouse pool was a big hit! We were a little disappointed with the length of time check in required because we had been on a red eye flight with 6 kids. We had to wait an hour for the office staff to verify the condo was ready. The dryer in the condo didnt work. This was a bit disappointing because we packed light planning to just wash clothing while we were there. Overall the condo was great, and we would definitely stay in this complex again.

Amazing!

The rooms were very nice and tons of room. The private was was great to relax in after a day of shopping and Disney. Location is perfect for Disney, shopping and food. Planning our next trip to Orlando just to stay here again.
