Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is conveniently located off Yarnell Rd in West Knoxville, close to Turkey Creek’s shopping and dining options, and just 18 miles from UT campus. It’s ideal for day trips to Oak Ridge, the Smokies, or downtown Knoxville, which is only a few miles away. Enjoy nearby lakes with marinas, making it a perfect spot for both work and leisure while exploring all that Knoxville has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!

We loved our stay here! The Yarnell Place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect place just outside of Knoxville

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a convention. It was perfectly located between the two locations we had to go to. The check in process was a breeze. Very clean and well taken care of. The Kitchen was amazing with plenty of space. If you are looking for a place to stay that is easy to find and not far from Knoxville this is your place. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Spring break vacation

This was a great place to spend time with our grand children, play games, bonfire with s’mores, visit Ripley’s Aquarium, mini golf etc. Had a great time in a nice house. Thank you for the memories.

Spacious house, tight parking in front lawn area, feather pillows smelled like mold (we have allergies to feather), insufficient bathroom supplies specifically 1 thin towel 1 washcloth per person; no extra TP had to take a roll from another bathroom, kitchen had a coffee maker but 2 tablespoons of coffee in the can on the counter. Otherwise, acceptable.
