About This Home

Welcome to Holua Kai 31, a private island home designed for easy, relaxed living in Keauhou. With a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, private pool, and spacious lanai, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy the Kona lifestyle.

The open living area flows directly to the lanai and pool, creating a natural gathering space for meals, relaxing, or spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the dining area offers plenty of seating.

The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and smart TVs, giving everyone their own comfortable space.

Outdoor Living

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had such a wonderful visit to the Big Island. Our host was informative from the moment we booked and amenities were top notch. I would suggest that the outdoor furniture be replaced soon as the wicker is falling apart.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property on the Big Island. Very private, quiet area and close to anything you would want to do on the Island. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed on our stay. We will definitely be back.

Kona Coast getaway

Property was amazing. Great location and nice amenities. Great backyard just to chill in. Check-in/out process was seamless and we were in need of nothing the entire week we were there. Walking distance to the Outrigger and the Manta Ray experience.

Paradise

The place is better than advertised!! Very clean, spacious and has all of the comforts of home. The pool and the hot tub are an added bonus. The hot tub was great after a cold adventure on Mauna Loa! The location is perfect! Market and restaurants right up the street! We took trips to Hilo, Southern tip and Northern tip. Great central location! Lots a great beaches to drive to! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Kona!

Perfect Family Friendly Home

We had an amazing time here at this beautiful home. Our children enjoyed having the pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. The magic sand beach must be on your places to visit. This house is close to the manta ray snorkeling by night and the Eka canoe adventures which should be on your bucket list. I highly recommend this home for next stay.

We enjoyed the pool daily and took boogie boards to the beach.A couple small ideas for improvements that could be made:(1) replace some outlets with the type that have USB chargers built-in as well. Everybody has devices to charge around the clock on vacation.(2) move the cable modem and wireless router into a more central area of the house - so that all bedrooms have more even WiFi coverage.

Yay!!

That’s what my daughter said when we walked into the house. It was so beautifully decorated and the perfect size for our family of 4 and our friends who came to visit. It’s a lot closer to the volcano and the black sand beach than Waikoloa where we’ve stayed in the past. We were able to hit up both on the same day. We also went into Kailua-Kona for several meals and the swap meet. We didn’t quite make it to the sting ray snorkel but the harbor is right down the road from the house. We loved the area and we were able to try our hand at pickleball at the courts next door. We met some fabulous people there. We all enjoyed the pool and spa and the AC kept us cool while the Wi-Fi was utilized for summer homework for the kids. We loved our getaway to Kona and highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house but not kid friendly

Beautifully decorated but not kid friendly. Too many sharp objects like triangular glass tables and metal endcaps on tables to get hurt. Beautiful decor, but very breakable. Also, no crib option. We had to call customer service three times before a beeping smoke alarm that was out of reach could be fixed. Also no pump for pool toys to inflate. Perfect location, however.
