The property location is prime! Located close to the heart of Gatlinburg (7 minutes away), yet secluded and private with the usually sought after flat & easy driveway for parking. Only 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains National Park entrance and 15 min from Dollywood and all Pigeon Forge attractions. Beautiful nature around the cabin allows for safe bear sightings from any of the 2 decks.

The beautiful kitchen features oversized countertops and a top knotch modern/high tech smart sink. Kitchen is FULLY equipped for comfortable cooking in an open floor plan that allows sharing with living and dining areas. Please note the en-suite in the 3rd level, enclosed by French doors, allows you to see the sunrise over Mt. Le Conte from the comfort of your bed. How spoiled can you get?! This is a wood, rustic, yet modern and comfortable high-tech cabin with Alexa devices, smart locks, Ring doorbells, Smart TVs for streaming, and more.

The cabin sleeps a total of 10 distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms in the main level. A king size suite and a Queen size suite. The third-level master suite with a king size bed and the bottom level sleeps 4 children in 2 Bunk-beds by the gaming. Comfortable accommodations for 6 adults/4 children. Additional guest bedding upon request.

Great amenities! with access to the 3 Chalet Village clubhouses for you to use with this rental, which include amenities such as pools, tennis & pickleball courts, additional gaming, gym, playgrounds and more. Facilities schedule is from Memorial Day in May to Labor Day in September. Facilities are open from 9am to 9pm. You will find the access card on site to access any of the 3 clubhouses:

- South Baden Clubhouse Pool is mins away @ 1319 S. Baden Drive (Closed on Tuesdays)

- North Pool/Clubhouse @705 Village Loop Rd (Closed on Wednesdays)

- Alpine Pool/Clubhouse @ 1151 Upper Alpine Way (Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays)

*Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:*

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, bagel toasters, wine glasses, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started for your stay but do not stock supplies meant to last an entire stay. There are 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 4 dishwasher pods, a small dish soap, a roll of paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, small laundry detergent . We apologize that as per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments due to potential allergies.

Is there a bedroom on the main floor?

Yes, there are 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom on the main floor, suitable for in-laws or sharing the rental with friends.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a gas grill on the lower porch in the gaming level --with a timer and matt as per new Gatlinburg Fire Department Regulations.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could think of! The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Towels are provided according to cabin capacity, and hand towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom as well. As it is customary in the area, you are welcome to bring additional towels or beach towels for the hot tub, as we provide shower towels according to the maximum number of guests.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets of any kind are not allowed in the cabin at any time.

We love and have pets; however, we do prefer to keep this cabin hypoallergenic for other guests, therefore no pets are allowed. If this house rule is violated, an additional $600 fee for cleaning services would be required.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap, lotion, and Shampoo/Conditioner.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features an 80” HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YouTube for access to live cable channels. Additionally, each TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and many more of your favorite streaming apps that you are able to log in to with your own credentials at your convenience.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

The cabin features a full-size pool table and other games in addition to the movie theater. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, 70" TV. There is also a jacuzzi on the bottom deck overlooking the mountains and/or city lights. So you have a view day and night.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide, paved and city-maintained. It’s the mountains, so you will find curvy roads to get to any cabin. For any cabin located up in Gatlinburg, we recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter months.

Is there parking?

There is a paved, FLAT driveway, as per the pictures. Most sought after in Gatlinburg!

Are there bears?

Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them. Lock your cars! They will open the cars make damage.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, and you will be less than a 10-minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, It is also less than a 5-minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?

No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks/premises. A $400 fine will be charged.

Rental Agreement and Policies: The guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement. Additionally, the rental agreement must be signed by the primary renter and a photo ID must be provided to the host. Direct bookings are available for less.

Others:
Please note that due to Gatlinburg fire department new regulations, we were required to disable the balcony fire pit, but we do have a fire pit in property for your enjoyment. Pls DO NOT MOVE FIRE PIT.

We have created a very safe cabin environment, yet bears are climbing creatures and we ask guests to be mindful of this and ensure you use the latches to secure the hot tub cover. Also be aware that they have a very sharp sense of smell and in any cabin, they will come after the smell of food or food left outside.

Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home recording audio and video for security, yet camaras are not monitored unless needed.
