We’ve thoughtfully designed this home as a private retreat for comfort, connection, and memorable time together. To ensure a seamless and relaxing stay for you and our neighbors, please note:



✧There are wild peacocks in the area that can be loud during the day and early in the morning.



✧ Occupancy & Visitors

Local guidelines allow up to 12 overnight guests, with up to 10 additional daytime visitors (maximum 22 people total on the property during daytime).



✧ Parking

Driveway parking for 3 cars plus on street parking available for additional cars.



✧ Pre-Arrival Details

Prior to arrival, guests complete a short rental agreement, ID verification, and damage protection selection. This helps us prepare everything beautifully for your stay.



✧ A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $200 for the whole stay, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on our cleaning schedule. Fees may apply.



✧ No smoking is permitted inside the property. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking.
