Fabulous Property

We are frequent visitors to Orange Beach. This condo and complex were spectacular. The location was even better. From the layout to the views, we had an incredible time. I would definitely book here again.

Amazing place!!!

We loved staying here! The place was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, very comfortable and relaxing, with a breath-taking view from the balcony! We enjoyed it immensely!

Dated but convenient

This property is in a very convenient location and the walk to the beach is fab. The condo itself is a bit more dated in terms of decor and amenities than I was expecting based on the photos. It could definitely use some TLC and updating but it will work for a family staying for a short trip.

Awesome location!

The condo had ample sleeping, towels, and amenities! Access to the pools, beach, and parking were phenomenal! Shower areas could have been cleaner & wooden stool needs replaced in master shower. Overall one of our favorite Orange Beach beach locations!

Wonderful trip!

This condo is amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the way the balcony was set up as well as the view. Everything was clean and in working order. Communication was top notch. Hope we get to visit again soon! The only thing they kept me from a 5 star rating is the parking. Only 2 parking spots. My daughter had a friend come down and stay a couple of nights and we had to find alternate parking.

Family Vacation

Property was dirty to say the least, lots of dust on decor. Decor did not match pictures, one chair looked like it was found in a dumpster. Previous tents beer caps under chairs, stool at bar is ready to break as soon as next person sits on it. Vacuum was packed dust and dirt, plug on vacuum had exposed wires. The duster in closet was completely black. Mold in the master bedroom shower. The wooden stool in master bathroom shower had black mold all over it. This was our worst experience in a VRBO. Two on my sister in laws were in the same complex and both of their units were very clean and furniture did not look like it was found in a dumpster. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Gathering

This unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable-Master shower is huge! We especially enjoyed the artwork-It looks like local artists. The large TV was very nice for watching the Iron Bowl! Location is perfect-walking distance to the Flora-Bama restaurants, short drive to grocery, etc. We would definitely stay here again. We were here with extended family-we had 4 units in all and our Thanksgiving holiday was topped by a beach proposal as we all watched from the balcony. She said "YES"!

Great place

It was really nice, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the gas grills all was good. Only 1 complaint was the AC in our room never got below 71 degrees no matter what the setting was. But overall a great place and will be back.

amazing getaway

we loved our time in PH1110. it was our second time to orange beach and regency isle, and we don’t want to stay anywhere else! breathtaking views from balcony, master and living room. great mattresses with clean linens and pillows. well stocked kitchen supplies for cooking/coffee. great showers (water pressure/temp) and towels. various books, magazines, games, and beach items are available which was nice.

Spring Break 2022

This property is lovely! It is stocked so well, usually I have to bring a bunch of kitchen items to make sure we have what we need, but this property has everything you’d need including the blender and an individual ice maker!! Todd was very fast to reply and took care of a small issue we had shortly after arriving. Within the hour we had our problem fixed! I’d highly recommend stay at this property. It’s close to everything and the beach was just a ride down the elevators! I loved how each bedroom has its own on suite so no one had to wait on anyone to get ready. I would stay here again!

Great Family Condominium

Beautiful condominium in a great location. Great for the adults in our party as well as my 2- and 4-year old granddaughters. Beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there when we weren't down at the beach. We were there in mid-August so not crowded. Very little wait for elevators.

Awesome Condo!

Our Condo was perfect! Pretty, roomy and had everything we needed. The view was Awesome! I loved the long windows in the living room. You could see right out to the ocean! The balcony was so nice too! Todd was so great to work with. We love Orange Beach! We would definitely stay here again!
