Nice place

Spacious, clean & quiet place to stay! We stayed here instead of a hotel room while we were in the area for travel ball tournament. Would recommend to family/friends & would stay again!

Great stay

The house was clean and mostly well stocked. There was a garage door open provided .It was a definite plus that we were able to park in the garage.

Property was decent and pretty accurately described. It was a nice house in a community that had other rentals on site and had most of the amenities we needed. This one was better than the others though because it had a garage. Now for the cons: I brought up the issues with both toilets having problems upon check-in; one did not flush and the reserve tank would not fill up with water. The other was practically detached from the ground, causing you to wobble when sitting on it. When I brought up the issue again the next day, I felt like I got an AI response initially. Eventually, the owner did contact me and asked me whether or not I wanted them to come and fix it - but it was about 2 hours after we had long checked out.Despite the niceties of the property, I can tell this is a business hence the multiple VRBO rentals in the same community and I'm assuming they have a pretty rigid cleaning schedule for all of them. The problem with the cleaning is that they drown all the sheets, linens, and blankets with a very strong chemical-infused laundry detergent. It was so strong, we all had trouble sleeping, and had severe headaches from the smell. It was so strong, it would linger on our skin and all of our stuff if we laid them on top of the sheets or beds. It's been a week and my stuff still smells like the detergent, and I'm home now. Funny enough, we also found out later that our toilet paper was also scented. I know some people are sensitive to that. So this review is for you

David communicated very well from beginning of booking to check out. Check in/out instructions clearly defined. Aside from some minor housekeeping things (previously discussed with David), the house was neat and cozy. Slept six easily, enough parking for a large SUV & sedan, and quiet neighborhood. I'd book again.

I highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful place with plenty of room for kids to play. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We had ample parking, including the garage. The host was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful.
