Welcome home! Besides the beautiful updates you’ll love the energy efficiency features throughout. Pets welcome, no size or breed restrictions! Centrally located you will enjoy easy access to Downtown Des Moines, Iowa State Fair, Science Center, and more just minutes away; and come home to plenty of off-street parking as well as a garage and long driveway. The new deck and ample yard space will be great for summer activities.

Everything was smooth and easy, the hosts provided all communications quickly and out Frenchie, Kyla loved the backyard play!

Great value

This house is cute, clean, & comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped which was terrific for hosting a small birthday get together for a relative we came to visit. The location is super convenient for taking a walk at Gray’s Lake.

clean and cute property for a festival weekend. more than enough space, good amenities, comfortable. we loved the mud room or whatever it’s called. i will say it kinda smelled funny, like smoke or something. i would recommend air fresheners or candles for guests with sensitive senses of smell like me.

College roommate reunion

The property was absolutely perfect. We had three adults with two rooms. The property was clean, centrally located well furnished, and had more than enough amenities. We also were able to bring our dog, which was a huge bus! We definitely recommend this property to any others.

The host was available as needed to answer questions or help. The stay was perfect for our needs. Although we did not bring our furbabies, I appreciate that this host is ready and willing to accommodate them!

Great little getaway home

While had some confusion on the code access, our stay was great overall. It's a very cozy place with everything we needed. Large kitchen and tub/shower. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Hosts were helpful. Would go again.

I used to work at the Hilton Downtown Omaha hotel for years and it was a perfect place for my talents. When I left to start a family I had a longing to one day start an Bed & Breakfast. The dream is starting to come true!

The neighbors have always been great to us, and our neighbor directly across the street used to work with law enforcement. So it comforts me to know he is sort of the watch dog on the street. Always has an eye on keeping us all safe.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is only minutes from Downtown Des Moines. We have lots of trees which is unique to a home in the city. Coming in the spring of 2025 we will have a privacy fence for even more enjoyment.
