Easy walk into town. Very comfortable and enjoyable accommodations. Ann was very proactive in making sure we had all directions, parking, and check-in info. Would stay again!

The condo was beautiful. It overlooks the lake and is in walking distance to all of Watkins Glen. Accommodations were pristine. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to make a meal. We appreciated that there was plenty laundry and dish washer soap. In all we had a wonderful time!

We love these rentals on Seneca Lake! The unit is always very clean and spacious. Sitting on the deck with a beautiful view of the harbor is awesome! The host is very nice and we love it so much we come back every year!

Great location and space! Perfect for my wife and three adult children. Lots of stairs (the condo is 4 levels, including the garage on the ground floor). Easily walkable to everything in town and perfectly situated to get to either sides of the lake. Our first visit to the area and didn’t disappoint! Two parking spots in back, plus easy street parking in front. Enjoyed the little community area with chairs and firepit right on the lake. If you are looking for 3 beds, lake views and walkable to town, this is the place.

This unit is very spacious, clean and looks new, great location. We had a problem with AC, it did not work, but Ann and Dan were very accommodating, they gave us a mobile AC unit and offered us an additional unit with working AC at no cost. We just did not wish to divide our group of 5, so we stayed, and as it was not too hot, we were fine. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful property on Lake Seneca. Within walking distance to activities and restaurants. Seamless check in, clean with a beautiful view. Host provided a starter kit of everything you would need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location

A lot of stairs, but we had a beautiful view and the location was great! Very clean and loved the big fluffy towels.
