**The space**
Cottage on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail in Burdett, a few minutes north of Watkins Glen. Walk to Catherine Winery and The Elf on Oak. About four miles to downtown Watkins Glen for the beach, boat launches, kayak rentals, restaurants, and the state park.

You get the whole cottage: three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, a living room with a 65-inch smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a separate workspace. Linens and towels are provided. The house sleeps 6: one king, one queen, and two twins. A pack ’n play is available.

Out back you have a private hot tub, a fire pit, a gas grill, and a patio picnic set on an unfenced backyard. Firewood is not provided.

This cottage sits on 15 wooded acres that also include a separate Airstream stay. Each stay has its own parking, hot tub, fire pit, and patio. You are not renting the full property.

The twin room has no air conditioning. A mini-split in the dining room cools the house, and that room has a standing fan. The other bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Kitchen includes an electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, waffle maker, Instant Pot, baking ware, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Coffee is provided. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming apps. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Self check-in with a smart lock.

Nearby: Ryan William, Catherine Winery, The Elf in the Oak, Stonecat Café, Graft Wine + Cider Bar, Thai Elephants, Nickel’s Pit BBQ, Grist Iron, Two Goats, and Stone Bend Farm. Finger Lakes National Forest, Havana Glen (Eagle Cliff Falls), and the Catherine Valley Trail are easy day trips. Ithaca, Geneva, and Corning are a short drive.

**Guest access**
The entire cottage, except owner closets in the basement. Your parking, hot tub, fire pit, and patio are for this stay only.

**Other things to note**
Firewood is not provided. Bring your own if you want a fire.

The twin bedroom does not have its own air conditioner.

Exterior cameras cover the outside of the property, including one facing the garage. There are no cameras inside the cottage.

The backyard is private and unfenced.

Check-in is 4:00 PM to midnight. Checkout is 11:00 AM. Maximum 6 guests. Pets are allowed.

**Sleeping arrangements**
King bedroom: 1 king, AC, ceiling fan, 43-inch smart TV, closet.
Queen bedroom: 1 queen, AC, ceiling fan, 43-inch smart TV, closet.
Twin bedroom: 2 twins, no AC, standing fan, 43-inch smart TV, closet. The dining-room mini-split cools the rest of the house.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I loved the winery across the road. One thing I would recommend, the bushes at the end of the drive need to be cut back. It was difficult to see traffic when entering the road from the driveway. It was a lovely property and the view was very nice.

This home was perfect for our getaway — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Even though we didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub, the outdoor areas were lovely and added to the charm of the property. The patio setup with the grill and picnic table made it easy to enjoy time outside.Parking was a breeze, and the location right on the wine trail couldn’t be better. The house was stocked with toiletries and linens, which was a thoughtful touch. Naomi was a fantastic host, always quick to respond. And being pet‑friendly was a huge bonus — our Boston Terrier was so happy to be with the family. We'd definitely stay here again.

property was perfectly located for easy access to numerous wineries and craft breweries as well as a very nice distillery. nice view of the lake, parking felt very safe. restaurant across the street was excellent for weekend breakfast.

We spent a month at Naomi's home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting area wineries, attractions, restaurants and other lakes. Additionally, it's a short drive to Watkins Glen, where you'll find restaurants, shops and pretty much anything you'll need. We also liked being directly across from Elf in the Oaks, a local breakfast and lunch spot with quite tasty, casual food. My husband appreciated the coffee bar and my favorite part was the hot tub, which we enjoyed nightly! We also took advantage of the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Naomi is a very gracious host and replied quickly to any questions or concerns that arose. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you're looking for a well situated, lovely home in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

Great Location

Great location just outside of Watkins Glen. Close to many state parks, waterfalls, and wineries. Check in was easy and the house was as described.

Friends trip

Great location between wine trail and Watkins Glen. We enjoyed hiking and kayaking locally. House was clean and pleasant with some Great Lake views from the living room. Would recommend!

First trip to finger lakes

Great property close to Watkins Glen and a ton of wineries. So happy to find a pet friendly place so we could bring our dogs along for the fun. House was very clean and property owner very responsive when messaged.
