The host was very accommodating and kept me up to date on information. Checking in and out was very easy and my stay was great.The only upgrade I can suggest pertains to the living room sofa. It was not that comfortable, but everything else was great during my stay!!!Thanks!

Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. I would say that it is in need of some updating and painting. Love the location and the new elevator system was fast and efficient! Way better than in years past.

Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean and had amazing views. The only problem we had was the ice maker didn't work properly but we were able to purchase ice on the property. Elevators worked great even though it was Memorial weekend and had a lot of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Fall Break

Overall our stay was good. Condo could use a good deep cleaning. Carpets were filthy, to the point that we kept our shoes on unless we were sleeping. Otherwise everything else was good. We made the best of our stay and loved the view from the 22nd floor.

This condo needs updating. All the furniture needs replaced The living room furniture is broken down and dirty. The best part of this condo is the view.

Great Location

This property is in a great location however the unit must get rented A LOT there were several items in the condo that were damaged upon our arrival, and the unit lacks through cleaning. That being said the property itself is great and there is plenty to do. The management company took care of my concerns and we would stay here again just not in this unit.

Great Property

Property was just as advertised ! Would definitely stay again. The only complaint that we had was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom left & 1 roll of paper towels. With 5 girls, for 5 days, this was near impossible to make last the week . Ended up having to go buy more to use for our stay. Other than that, NO Complaints at all ! Thanks for letting us stay !

The condo had a beautiful view

The condo itself was nice but on the way to it I read some new reviews about roaches. We got to the condo and it had a bunch of live roaches everywhere in the kitchen and some in there Living room behind the curtains. We called the office and told them we weren’t staying there and they were amazing about moving us to a different location. They made it right.

Having to take home a weeks worth of dirty clothes due to the washing machine being messed up kind of sucks. A lot. The room was definitely out dated and the beds were awful.

Roach problem

The property was ni w but there was definitely a roach problem in the condo, especially the kitchen area . When I opened the utensil drawer the first day there they had ALOT of very small roaches in it….They just kept coming and coming. Had to buy roach spray the constantly kill them. It was disgusting

Lisa, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We apologize for the roaches. If you had let us know during your stay we would have sent an exterminator. This unit has been fumigated and no longer has any roaches. We hope you were able to enjoy some time on the beach and had a safe trip home.

Roaches!

The unit itself was very clean. No sand, grit, and very tidy. When we turned the lights on to the kitchen it was infested with roaches. We were absolutely mortified. I tried with no luck to contact Realjoy whom we rented with. We did a late checkin, so we’re forced to go buy spray to deal with it best we could. The view was beautiful, and unit was nice if you don’t mind the critters. Very dissatisfied, and will not rent through them again.

Stacia, Please accept our sincerest apologies for any roaches you had to deal with. Like all of our properties, this one is on a regularly scheduled pest control program to prevent an infestation. However, roaches can and do sneak into open doors and windows seeking cooler temperatures. We regret that we were unable to assist you with getting rid of these pests. We have no record of you reaching out to us at all during your stay. We are truly sorry that this was your experience. We are glad that the view was beautiful and we hope your trip home was safe.
