It was an easy checkin, the upstairs was very noisy throughout the night. The room was under renovations so there wasn’t a place to hang up a towel, the toilet paper wasn’t on a dispenser as it was broken. The lights in the living area didn’t work. There was loud knocking at night that woke my sleep, only to tell me that my shoes need to be on the rack when they were. If there is an issue just text no need to disturb. Shopping and food areas are very close by so it is a great location. If you want a good nights rest this is not the place.

We are surprised to read this review from you. Firstly, the rule of the house is not to wear outdoor shoes in the house and we provide indoor slippers for this reason. You intentionally did not follow that rule and I blew this is the reason you are making a this up. Secondly,no one came downstairs to knock your door and you know this for sure. Thirdly,we go to bed at 8 pm in this house so there is basically no one in the living room from 8 pm till the following morning so how do we make noise when we were at the upper floor sleeping ourselves. Lastly, we would not be welcoming you into this house in future because you are not truthful and do not follow rules.
