This listing is for the main-floor suite of our house, designed with a cozy, Banff-inspired interior that brings a touch of mountain charm to the city. It’s the perfect space to relax, unwind, and enjoy a comfortable stay — whether you’re here for work, family, or just a little getaway.
Step inside and feel right at home. The living room has soft seating, warm lighting, and a large smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Fire TV — perfect for a movie night after a day of exploring. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and the island countertop makes a great spot to gather, eat, or chat over morning coffee.
You’ll find all the essentials ready for you — fresh linens, towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, and a few cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper. The home also has central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Space and Layout :
This is a private main-floor suite. The house has two completely separate units — one upstairs (this one) and one in the basement with its own entrance. You’ll have your own private entrance and full access to the main level, including your living space, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry.
The backyard is the only shared space between the two units. It’s a lovely, fully fenced yard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor dining area. It’s great for relaxing with a drink, having a meal outside, or just enjoying the peaceful neighborhood.

Downtown and The Forks are about a 25–30 minute drive, so you can easily spend the day exploring before heading back to the calm of Charleswood for the evening.
Cleanliness and Care :
We take great pride in maintaining a spotless, comfortable space. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay, with extra care given to high-touch surfaces. We’ve hosted over 1,000 guests, and we know how important a clean, stress-free stay is — we treat your visit with the same attention and respect we’d expect ourselves.
You’ll find smoke and carbon monoxide alarms throughout the house for your safety, along with a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit. Outdoor security cameras are always on for peace of mind but never in private spaces.

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pets: Allowed with prior approval, Pet cleaning fee includes first pet for 5 nights ($15/night first pet, $25/night each additional)
- Smoking or vaping: Not allowed indoors (cleaning fee may apply)
- Parties or events: Not permitted
- Only registered guests may stay overnight
Additional fees (only if needed):
- Unapproved guests: $50 per person/day
- Unauthorized late checkout: Charged at nightly rate
- Unreasonable mess: $100 cleaning fee
- Unauthorized pet: $35/night + $168 cleaning fee
- Parties: $500 fine + immediate cancellation without refund
