Tucked into the quiet, tree-lined Magnolia Pointe community, this fully renovated first-floor condo is the easy, comfortable Myrtle Beach home base you've been looking for. 🌴 Step out your screened back porch and you're right on the community walking trails and the large, glassy lake at the heart of the neighborhood — coffee in hand, no stairs, no fuss.



Everything inside is brand new: the current owner gave the whole place a top-to-bottom refresh with new furniture, fixtures, and finishes, so you get a clean, modern space that still feels like home. Three bedrooms sleep up to seven. The primary suite has a king bed and its own private bath, the second bedroom offers a queen with an ensuite, and the bunk room (twin over full) is a hit with the kids. A full kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and free parking for two cars mean you can settle in and stay a while.

Perfect stay

Wonderful location and very spacious place!

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location close to everything (beach, broadway at the beach, Coastal Carolina). Loved the lower level being a walkout, great with a dog! Nice walks around the pond! Everything was clean and comfortable ! Great space for a big family or traveling with friends!

Lakeside, ground-floor ease — screened porch opens straight onto the trails and the community lake. No stairs, no elevators, no hauling bags up flights. Completed Renovated May 2026— a full renovation means fresh furniture, fixtures, and finishes throughout. Truly pet-friendly — two pets welcome with no pet fee, plus an off-leash dog park minutes away. Sleeps the whole family — two private suites for the adults and a kid-favorite bunk room. Central to it all — 10 minutes to the beach, minutes to Broadway at the Beach, golf next door, and a community pool over the water back home.
