Welcome to KK's Cozy Casa on the Hill! This 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom is fully furnished, cozy, and filled with plenty of room for your entire family or friends. In addition, there is a sunroom for an extra living room space with two sofa sleepers and huge back yard to relax outdoors.

The host, Krystal, was amazing—great communication, so caring and pleasant. The home is beautiful-very clean, beautifully updated and a wonderful ambiance. We had an absolutely wonderful experience.

We had a great stay and Krystal was an excellent host. There were a few minor glitches, but Krystal was always responsive and addressed everyone. My only reccomendation would be to add a true sleeper sofa in place of one of the futon sleeper.

Golf Getaway

The place was perfect for our needs, super clean, quiet neighborhood and close to multiple golf courses. Definitely a place to stay for future trips to the Mobile area

What a wonderful experience!!! The home is immaculate. It's super clean; it's super cozy; it's just super all around. The host is very accommodating, and she makes her guests feel very welcome. I really enjoyed my stay.

My husband's aunt passed away, so we and a bunch of family members were all headed to the Mobile area from different parts of the U.S. for her memorial service. We opted to get a VRBO with my husband's siblings, instead of separate hotel rooms, so that we could spend more quality time together... and this house was perfect for that! Both the house and the fenced-in backyard were well-kept, the living room was indeed very cozy (super comfy couch!), the kitchen table was a nice size for board games (which we brought with us from home) or cards, and the sun room with the massage chairs was an added bonus! (I started my morning off with a cup of coffee and a massage before the rest of the group was awake!) Krystal, our host, was incredibly responsive and gracious. And the location was pretty perfect for our needs--a short drive from Walmart, near the airport, and close to a bunch of restaurants.I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, if we're ever back in Mobile with a group!

Our stay was excellent. The home was beautiful clean and just as pictured on the site. Enough space for our family. The check in process was smooth. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in town.

I bought this home thinking I needed somewhere close to South's campus as I was planning on going to medical school there. I also knew that they would eventually build a football stadium on campus in which they did! I ended up becoming a nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing instead of a medical doctor though.

この宿泊施設の特徴

When you stay at KK's House on the Hill, you immediately feel at home. It's a home that I loved for 10 years and filled with love. In addition, there are several areas for families to bond but also have their space in the home. The back yard is especially fun to gather and bond during your stay.
