Cute house in Semmes

The beds were comfortable and the house was easy to find. The property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with during our stay.

Wedding week!

Although we only slept there we enjoyed it. My daughter got married in Citronella and it was nice to come back to a comfy bed after working and setting everything up! We would definitely stay here again!

Great dpot close to Mobile

Nice home close to Mobile. Clean, large enough for comfortable lodging while visiting family in Mobile. Great backyard, quiet.Automated entry was tricky until we got the hang of it.

Lovely

Travelled to Semmes for a golf tournament and were able to enjoy a homey atmosphere and bring our pet. Lots of yard space, very clean and comfortable. So glad they offered coffee pods!!!

The pictures and description have to be updated. When we pulled up, I had to pull up the listing to confirm we were in the right spot because the backyard looked nothing like what it was described. The dishwasher didn’t work, the couch had a cover, the microwave had problems and there was nothing to wash dishes with.
Broken towel bar in the second bathroom.
Note left in the dishwasher.
Better picture of the note.
Pet enclosure. The only secure outdoor spot to leave pets in a “pet friendly” place.

The couch cover was added to help protect the leather furniture from pet scratches and maintain its condition for all guests. We also want to note that a replacement dishwasher has been ordered and is scheduled for installation on 05/19/2026 after the previously installed unit was found to be defective. This house was perfect for our needs as we attended the dog show in Mobile. We will keep this one on file for next year. Door code change caused confusion, but immediately fixed without issue. It was wonderful to have a reachable person so quickly. Perfect backyard to hang out after the shows. Space for the large van to park as well. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood

This home is in the back of a neighborhood in a quiet peaceful area. It is just as described. Plenty of space to relax and a wonderful backyard! Three beds with different firmness levels, you are sure to find your preference. Plenty of kitchen items to suit your needs. You will not be disappointed with a stay here.

The Best House we have ever rented - we will stay here again.

A truly wonderful home and property. Very well kept inside and out. Three really nice bedrooms. A variety of great social spaces inside and out: A nice cozy bar room; a spacious living room; good kitchen eating area; a covered patio outside and a tree lined fire pit area with seating. An extensive entertainment suite with guest accounts for many streaming services included.Even better was the property host, who was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and anything that came up. We will stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

My brother from Semmes was celebrating his 90th birthday. All his siblings (7 of us came to help him). Four of us stayed at this property. It was only 2.5 miles from my brother. Everything was perfect - one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in. While we spent most of our time at my brother’s, this property filled the bill. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a few hangars in the closets. Would highly recommend this property.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. We were only 3 miles from the venue. It was the perfect location since we were setting up and planning. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the relaxing backyard. I was able to work on wedding prep in the carport in the shade which was nice! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. My husband had been recently injured so the walk- in shower was ideal. I looked and did not see a full length mirror anywhere. That might would be very helpful. That is really the only idea I might share with the owner. We enjoyed the Semmes area and would def stay here again!

The only thing that I didnt like was the tv setup. Needs to be explained that passwords for the apps. Didnt have my passwords with me. Overall a great experience.

Responsive Host.

The only issue we have was the heat the first night. The host was very responsive and had a tech at the house the next morning. The issue was fixed and we had no other issues.Things happen out of the hosts control. So we took it in stride. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Super convenient place to stay for tennis tournament at Mobile Tennis Center

We have a wonderful stay at this rental. The house located at a laidback quiet neighborhood in the suburb and easy access to downtown. We were there for a USTA Sectional Tennis tournament at Mobile Tennis Center which were conveniently located about 4-5 miles away. We were able to cook and grill steaks for dinner. Grocery stores including Costco were within driving distant. There are several decent restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer were super convenient and a blessing. Would definitely come back.
