Home is 1566 SF and includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, covered patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. This classic ranch-style home has plenty of parking, is very spacious and comfortable, and has had numerous updates within the past year. And very conveniently located! Pets negotiable, $50 pet fee applies

Great spot to stay for wedding weekend

We had a great time staying at your property. It was super convenient for my brother in laws wedding in Charleston and very suitable for our small children.

Great stay, close to beach & downtown

The house was well equipped, clean & convenient to all we wanted to do. It was 20 minutes to Folly Island beaches and 20 minutes to downtown. We appreciated being able to eat home cooked meals sometimes, and the ability to wash clothes. Would absolutely stay again!!

Charleston vacation

The house was very comfortable for my husband, our small dog and me. We enjoyed the proximity to Folly Beach and downtown. Communication with the owner was excellent.

This house was perfect! It was a home away from home! The house was clean with many amenities. The host responded quickly every time I needed to ask questions. Will definitely book again when we are in Charleston!!

Beautiful proposal weekend

This was a lovely long weekend. Dulcie the host was very helpful with surrounding amenities, we loved her food suggestions! The location is great between Folly Beach and Charleston. It's very close to good food and fun. The accommodations were comfortable with everything we needed especially the kitchen that is very well stocked even a complimentary bottle of wine. A few things might need a bit of an update but those did not affect the enjoyment or comfort of our stay.
