Enjoy a cozy getaway in this charming two-bedroom, comfortable one-bath cottage, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. Perfectly designed for short-term stays, the open layout includes a living room, dining area, and kitchenette, making it easy to relax or entertain.

This little getaway has everything a family needs. Excellent location, easy access to all things Charleston and super friendly hosts. Very responsive and so accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again should the need arise! 5 Stars!

Clean and quiet...perfectly set in between Charleston & Folly if you are going to both, but without the Charleston or Folly price. If you have 2 people or more and want a little more space just a hotel room, this was a good option.

I stayed in Nate's place for 10 nights and found it to be a great base to work out at Fort Johnson, and to visit people around Charleston. It is a quiet location (no noise from traffic, dogs, neighbors etc). It has easy access down the side drive, and plenty of spaces to sit and work/relax. I would stay here again.

Central located between Charleston and Folly beach. Many grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. Quiet neighborhood safety tuck away from the street. My 2nd time here and would stay here again

This sweet little cottage is shaded and private, quiet and relaxing with a lovely attached outdoor seating space. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of extra sheets and towels.

Weekend getaway

We drove into Charleston for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The space is beautifully nestled just a short drive off Folly Road and in close proximity to everything you could want to do for a weekend communication with the host was wonderful and I thoroughly look forward to returning to one of their properties.

It was smaller than we thought but comfortable. The bathroom was very small but functional. Short drive into Charleston. Fam’s Brewing and Pizza is just up the road and a great place to eat!

This cozy VRBO was great. Only downside was no instructions for this cute cottage. Kitchen was very small, along with the bathroom. It rained a lot during our stay so didn’t get to enjoy the porch or yard.

Away but near

In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me

Nice place very clean no insects. Bathroom is tiny but works. Bathroom sink is teeny tiny and was a bit of a challenge but worked. Outside seating areas were great! AC worked well once I figured out how to use it! No instructions provided and had to ask how to lock property door when leaving.

The Cottage at 1441 was perfect! The Cottage is very private, separated from the main house. The Cottage has a privacy screen built around the property. There are two outdoor seating areas and a screened porch with a bar top for outdoor dining. The two bedrooms were spacious, and the hosts have thought of everything a guest might need including extra electrical outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The spaces were very clean! The kitchenette even has a pebble ice maker. The Cottage’s location is on James Island, situated perfectly between the Folly Beach and Charleston—approximately 10-15 minutes to each. Also, you’re 30 minutes to Sullivan’s Island and 20ish minutes to Shem Creek Boardwalk. The Cottage at 1441 absolutely met all our requirements and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely rent this property again!
