Just a 30 minute drive from Yosemite National Park.
Cabin Features & Amenities:
•3 bedrooms, 1 large family room; sleeps up to 10.
·Fully equipped kitchen with appliances
· Cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, lake view, and skylights

·Outdoor deck with seating, BBQ pit, hottub, mini golf
·Nearby access to private lake, local grocery/activities
·Wi-Fi/TV
·Linens, towels, essentials provided

• 24 hour security
***PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the property being located inside a gated community, there is a one time entrance fee of $46 per vehicle that enters. (Pass lasts for 7 days and is to be kept with you at all times to enter and exit community)
**Skylights are covered during the summer time to help maintain comfortable temperatures inside cabin.
*Interior layout may be slightly different than pictured due to interior remodeling.
* Hot tub is large in size and fits 8-10 people. Takes about 4 hours to heat to temp.

Groveland is a beautiful and peaceful location to enjoy the outdoors and just refresh your mind. With a lake view surrounded by the trees and fresh air, I couldn't imagine a better location.

Our property is 3 levels and can fit a big family or a lot of friends. We have a beautiful lake view, mini golf, a wood burning fireplace and an enclosed hot tub.
