from Marina Beach in the private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in

Groveland, California. With scenic water views, two spacious decks, and a

private dock with boat access, this 1,890-square-foot home offers a peaceful

escape for families and friends—just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park.

Private dock with 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 paddleboat available for guest use

Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from dock per PML safety regulations

Life jackets stored in laundry room and required while using boats

Outdoor fires strictly prohibited

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Driveway parking for 3–5 vehicles (no garage access)

Interior and exterior stairways

Over 10 steps from the driveway to the front door

More than 50 steps from the home to the private dock

No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
