The place is great, a very charming home! It was clean, stocked with everything we needed and close to all the sites we wanted to visit! We contacted the host twice with questions and they were answered immediately. Would recommend this place over and over again!

A Wonderful Time

The apartments, we rented the upstairs and downstairs of the townhouse, were beautifully restored. Lucky Savannah was great to work with and responded to any issues we ran into quickly. We had a large group. The apartments accommodated us all well.

Perfect place!

Girls family reunion. There were 8 of us. The place was in a perfect location, so close to all the things we wanted to do. Very easy access to the airport as members were coming in at different times. Everything worked out perfect!

Clean and Spacious

The property was very clean and had more than enough room for my friends and I for our long weekend in Savannah. It’s a bit far to walk to River Street/downtown but it’s a cheap Uber ride. The property management was very responsive and easy to work with. The only negative during our stay was we had to call a few times for issues with the front door codes. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented both units at this location to accommodate our group of 12. Kitchen provided everything needed and the location was several blocks from Forsyth Park and DOT transportation. Rental agency was responsive and professional. If renting one unit only, I would recommend the upstairs unit as the layout was more open. Off street parking was great as we never had to move cars for the street cleaning and could easily get in and out. We also enjoyed the front porch in the evenings. Would rent again on our next visit to Savannah.

It was a great space for 9 of us traveling together. The stairs to the upstairs were very steep so we needed 2 people to get each of our suitcases up. Also, the bathroom sink was plugged & the outlet in the upstairs apartment didn’t work from the start. We called several times, but no-one ever came to fix either - hard without a properly functioning bathroom with that many women. We loved the front porch space - having our coffee in the mornings & nightcaps at night all together.

Reviewer Comments: We were in town for the Vacation Rental Managers Association Frontline Excellence Training and always make a point to stay with other vacation rental companies to see how they operate. While the booking process had a few hiccups at the start, the accommodations themselves were absolutely top notch—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, although we did experience a minor issue with the keyless entry. As fellow vacation rental managers, we know all too well how temperamental technology can be! Overall, this was an excellent property and a great stay. We would absolutely return!
