Located in Sun City (an Active Adult Community), this quaint house features 2 welcoming bedrooms with king beds, perfect for a serene getaway. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and garage parking available for one vehicle. Driveway parking available for additional vehicles. Fall in love with Sun City and enjoy the magic it has to offer: Eight recreation centers, eight golf courses, indoor and heated outdoor swimming pools, pickle ball, fitness centers with walking tracks and weights, miniature golf courses, tennis courts, lawn bowling, concerts in the park, vintage car club and shows.... The list is endless. Recreation cards available for $75/month/person. One guest must be 55 yrs old or older as shown on valid ID.

Everything was wonderful! Just need a covered patio but they planning that ! Close to good recreation centers and great location in Sun City

Sun City The Fun City

I stayed for 9 weeks and was very comfortable. The house was newly updated, very clean, and fully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is conveniently located to all the fun activities that Sun City has to offer. This location is for the 55 and over crowd and has an array of activities from low key Bocce Ball to Line dance lessons (and dances) to fast pace Pickleball. There are free movies twice / week, 9 golf courses, and indoor and outdoor heated pools. I would stay here again. I had no problems with the house or the landlords. Very easy to communicate with. Nice people.

Safe and clean in Sun City

Thanks Kerri! Your place provided just what we needed: room for 3 adults and one small pup, with plenty of parking. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Huge TVs. We didn’t use the fire pit or corn hole game but they were easy to find had we wanted. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby (we doordashed). Kerri was very responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood, and a homey comfortable place to stay, at a reasonable price, you can’t go wrong here!
