Excellent property

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Paid extra to heat the pool, and I’m glad we did. House was super clean, which is always a plus. Great outdoor area in the back of the house. Used the grill a couple of nights. Quiet neighborhood. All, in all, very happy.

Luxury, Comfort, and Relaxation – A Perfect Sun City Getaway!

A Perfect Desert Oasis – Highly Recommend! Our stay at this stunning Sun City retreat was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable curb appeal and the serene resort-style backyard. The heated pool was an absolute highlight, allowing us to relax comfortably even in the cooler evenings, and the outdoor bar and fire pits made for the perfect setting to unwind under the stars.Inside, the home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed with modern upgrades like new hardwood floors, a luxurious massage jet tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Every detail, from the botanical garden ambiance to the shaded patio with high-end furniture, made it feel like our private resort. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to a top-notch rec center offering sports, bowling, a farmers market, and more. Whether we were exploring the area or simply enjoying the peaceful sanctuary of the backyard, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-appointed, and beautifully maintained vacation home, this is the place! We can’t wait to return! 5 stars all the way!

We moved to beautiful Arizona from California after 40 yrs. We needed a change; we were blessed to bring our 4 adventures kids and they are all very happy here, this was the best move we could have made. We ended up buying a second home 10 minutes away. We left this house furnished with top-of-the-line furniture and professionally decorated. Welcome to our home, we hope you enjoy this amazing home in this amazing location.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The location is prime and rec centers are so close , the biggest and nicest is a 5 min walk . And close to restaurants, and the 101 fwy remote to go any where and because of the amazing golf courses down the street.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location, the floor plan, and the amazing resort and tropical backyard its a 5 star resort for sure. Amazing walks in the area. Most of all one story with plenty of space and a huge covered patio
