Great Location

The location was great for spring training however it was difficult for my parents who are in their 70s in the house since the seating was so low and most didn’t have arms.

Wouldn’t stay again

We recently stayed at this rental and while the space was decorated nice overall, there were several issues that made our experience less than ideal. The biggest concern was the lack of hot water for most of our stay. It took several days and a lot of back and forth with the property manager to get it resolved, which was frustrating. Additionally, the furniture in the master bedroom was not up to par and didn’t meet expectations for the price of the stay. The yard also wasn’t well-maintained, which took away from the overall appeal of the property. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of professionalism from the property management team. They didn’t seem to care about the issues we raised and were slow to respond. For the cost of the stay, we expected much better service and attention to detail.With multiple issues we only got a late check out and one night compensated.. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
