Good place to stay.

House very comfortable and clean no roaches or insects, perfect place to stay with family and friends supermarkets close by quite neighborhood. I will definitely rent this house again for a weekend.

The place was amazing everything you need for a stay was right there . We were going for a wedding and couldn’t have done better . Will definitely be going back for a weekend getaway.

Great vacation house

We had 3 adults and one child staying here and it was a great house for less money and more amneneties than we would ever get in a hotel- we loved the treadmill, modern washer/dryer with detergent supplied, modern kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and pillows, 2 full showers and comfortable living room. We only visited for a short time so didn’t use the backyard but it was a nice feature to have available. The house was very clean and lots of towels were supplied. The location was convenient, a quick drive to shopping and restaurants.

It’s a duplex

The property looks larger than it is in the photos. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. The property was clean but needed the backyard mowed to be usable (we didn’t use it but had planned to). The house served the purpose but due to the neighborhood, exact location and being a duplex we wouldn’t rent it again

Was ok

Front of the house lacks welcome grass not cut and ant mounds everywhere 3 of my family members got bitten all over we couldn’t even use the back yard grass and weeds was horrible bar b q grill was broken and dirty. Garbage was out on the street when we arrived and was full it stayed their until we leave we had to dispose of our garbage somewhere else also we had explosion of flies inside we had to go Walmart and get spray I guess was from garbage or something died somewhere didn’t get a response from owner to fix the issues

Average stay

The home was clean upon arrival. However, had I seen the neighborhood before I booked I would not have booked it. The home is a duplex and very small. Recent renovations were cheaply done. Needs an exterminator as we saw a couple of roaches in the kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with basic needs. Not sure if or how well the appliances work as we did not use any except for the fridge. I would suggest mats in the tub as it was slippery when taking a shower.

I would have appreciated if you communicated these issues during your stay and would have ensured to explain and resolve matters accordingly. We used to live in the home and we furnished it to our taste. The home is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, amenity details and priced accordingly. All appliances are working and neighborhood is peaceful. I sent a pest control company to take a look at it and they didn’t find any but applied pesticide to deter future occurrence. Anti slip mat is now in the bath tub.

Bradenton Month

Property was a little disappointing. The bedrooms were fine but needed larger dressers. The closets were good but we had to buy hangers. The bathrooms were smaller than we expected. The biggest issue was a full size treadmill in the tiny space between the kitchen and living room. Couldn’t sit at the kitchen table. Reached out to host about that and were told we could move it but don’t damage it. It was not in any of the pictures. We didn’t move it because there was no place to put it. We also had to buy dish towels, rubber spatula, ice cube trays, garbage bags and potholders. The gas grill shown on the website showed a nice grill. It was old, not cleaned and unable to light. The shower curtains were new but the liners were dirty. With these things corrected the review could have been better. It was a quiet neighborhood but not a particularly inviting area.

Hello Bernard, Sorry about your experience. Treadmill was added recently and didn’t get the chance to update picture. Other than treadmill, all other photos in the listing were consistent with the reality in the house and hasn’t been an issue to our previous guest that choose to book our places. We had hangers in the property and it is likely one of the prior guest took the hangers. We have a storage unit with extra items and would have provided hangers if you would have communicated there were no hangers. Other than the treadmill, no other issues was communicated, thus didn’t have the change to verify or take action. Brought these issues to the attention of the manager and all issues have been addressed. Wishing you the best and thanks for stopping by.

The vacation rental was very nice and clean. It was not as close to the beach as I would like and it took about 30 minutes to get there on a good day due to traffic, But the price made up for that so that was a plus. My biggest complaint was that I couldn't get in when i arrived because I was given the wrong door code, I was stuck outside for 30 minutes after a 10 hour drive and vrbo couldn't get in touch with the owner. My only other complaint is that the kids rooms did not have no tv so unfortunately i was unable to watch tv at night because the kids where in my room and the living room watching tv instead of in there rooms that is why i rented a 3 bedroom. But everything else was great it was nice that they supplied laundry detergent i was surprised that it wasn't just a little one time packet it was well stocked and well furnished other than a lack of 1 0r 2 more tvs lol but for the price its probably as good as you will see in the area.
