Enjoy a Florida escape in this cute pet-friendly bungalow. New owners, low price. Minutes from downtown, 15 min to beaches. Screened porch, spacious kitchen, new appliances, new mattresses, carport, 2car parking, laundry on site, Roku tv, beach towels provided. Free parking available at our property on AMI, a minute walk from the beach.

PLEASE NOTE : For extended stay guests, in house cleaning is required every two weeks
with an additional fee.

The host was super responsive to any issues. The house was well stocked and nice to have a full kitchen. Only issue was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but the rest was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Bradenton Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. Timothy was great about communicating, and his place was perfect for our family of 6. It was also a great location being close to AMI beaches, downtown, and the Robinson Preserve. We would stay again!

We had to come to the area for a family emergency. Owner was awesome in the check in process and the accommodations were perfect. Great home and would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.

Hidden gem

Quiet inside and out, and minutes from everything you need. Loved the lanai for morning coffee. Much more spacious than outside indicates. 10/10 would stay again.

Aunt’s 102 birthday celebration

Brought our aunt to Florida so she could celebrate her 102 birthday with her brother ( he is 93 ) this was a great little place, quite neighborhood, and close to her brother, easy access to plenty of things to do.

This property is a wonderful opinion for a family or a small group of adults.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The hosts were easy to contact if you needed anything. We were originally going to take our pet dog along with us, we decided not to bring him. There is a nice fenced in back yard.There's also a very nice screened porch.

Convenient location, exactly as pictured, roomy, kitchen is well equipt. Well cared for, luxurious towels. Host Randy is kind, a great communicator and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay again

Very nice, quiet area. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Location is convenient to local activities.

Location location location!!

This house was awesome! We were in town for our granddaughter’s Lacrosse tournament and this house was a life saver. We were able to do laundry and it was so convenient to both fields. I would come stay again for vacay. It was so nice and cozy!
