Extensive renovations have honored its past, including restoring its uniquely shaped entry door and portal designed by renowned adobe builder Kate Chapman in 1914. Casita Bedrooms: The casita includes 2 bedrooms, both of which share a full bathroom, making it a perfect option for additional guests.

Bathrooms: With 4 bathrooms throughout the home, guests will enjoy well-maintained facilities that blend classic Santa Fe charm with modern functionality. Each bedroom in the main house has its own ensuite bathroom, while the casita bedrooms share a full bath.

Heating & Cooling: The home`s 3-4` adobe walls provide excellent insulation, maintaining comfortable temperatures year-round. There are window AC units in each bedroom for added comfort during warmer months.

Fireplaces: The Boyle House features indoor fireplaces, two of which are flame-operated and the others LED-candle-operated, providing cozy, relaxing spots for your entire group.

No Pets Policy: Due to the Boyle House`s historical significance, we have a strict no-pets policy. This policy helps us preserve elements such as the original doors, floors from the 1600s, and other unique historical features. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect this treasured piece of Santa Fe`s history!

Please note that exterior cameras are located at the casita driveway and the main house front gate.
