This home is fully equipped for entertainment and fun, featuring an outdoor ping pong table, various outdoor games, and plenty of board games for cozy nights in. The private pool area includes an outdoor bar, TV, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. For a little extra luxury, the house features an upgraded hybrid memory foam mattress in each bedroom designed for ultimate relaxation and an elevator that accesses all floors, making it easy for everyone to move between the spacious levels.

On the first floor, you'll find a game room with a pool table, sleeper sofa, and wet bar. The second floor features a large open living area with a wet bar and plenty of gathering space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large dining area and all your cooking essentials and more - making it ideal for preparing meals and hosting family dinners.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 111 Ocean Blvd W. Approximately a 9 minute walk!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and carport/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.


HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
