3 Spacious Bedrooms: Each room is elegantly furnished with plush bedding and modern décor, providing a peaceful night's rest.
Private Jacuzzi: Relax and rejuvenate in your own private outdoor jacuzzi, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Modern Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy your favorite shows on flat-screen TVs in every room.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.
Cozy Living Areas: The living room offers ample space with comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights or relaxing with loved ones.
Private Backyard: Step outside to a serene backyard with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill, great for al fresco dining or a laid-back evening.

Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
There will be a mandatory Jacuzzi waiver that needs to be signed prior to receiving any access codes. If you do not agree to sign the waiver, the reservation will need to be canceled with our cancellation policy enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS
Jacuzzi is cleaned weekly
Grass is cut weekly - yard guy will access the backyard of home in the mornings.
