Kingfish Keep comfortably accommodates up to four guests, ideal for families or friends. Inside, you'll find a cozy kitchenette equipped with a microwave, stove, and fridge, along with a private bathroom and dining area. The property includes a king bed for a restful night's sleep, while the balcony invites you to sip your morning coffee and enjoy some people-watching. This condo is also part of a larger home, Pescado Penthouse, allowing for group rentals if you're traveling with family or friends. Explore the vibrant atmosphere of Duval Street, where you can enjoy fine dining at nearby restaurants.

Loved the location, the apartment was much bigger than we thought. Loved the music next door, sitting on the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Courtesy driver was on time and very helpful with luggage, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed talking with him during our drive to the airport. Would stay here again !!

Really fun little apartment right in the middle of everything. My husband and I loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Still relaxing despite being right on Duval. Host was helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great location (for the Mile 0 Fest)! Was clean, well laid out, and accommodated everything we needed and a bonus washer and dryer! It is directly on Duval and very close to a bar with LIVE music, but it was pretty quiet by 11pm. Alex and team were most accommodating, even picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. Note: we tried to use Uber and Lyft a couple times, but it didn't work out.

Our stay at Colocada Resort in Key West was absolutely exceptional—truly one of those places you don’t want to leave and can’t wait to return to.From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The unit itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered outstanding value for the price. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was such a bonus, especially for a longer stay.The attention to detail really stood out—luxurious sheets, plush towels, and a level of comfort that made it feel like a home away from home.What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. They provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, bike rentals, and local experiences, and it was clear they genuinely know and love the area. The complimentary shuttle service—from the airport and anywhere we needed to go—made everything seamless and stress-free.Most importantly, this trip created such special memories for me and my son. Between the comfort of the resort and the ease of exploring Key West, it was a fabulous experience from start to finish.I can’t recommend Colocada Resort highly enough—it’s a hidden gem that delivers on every level.

The condo/apartment was spacious, very convenient, clean. We enjoyed separate bedroom, big bathroom and living room with kitchenette. The only critique is it's on the 2nd floor and the only way up or down are kind of steep stairs.

I had the addresss wrong in my head but when I called for help, someone was available right away and helped me! Thank you! A couple of things that I felt a little uneasy about was there was a weird balcony place above the bed and one of the doors to the outside balcony didn’t lock completely. These couple of things made me uncomfortable but overall it was a good stay. Thank you!

Great girls weekend!

My daughter and I loved our long weekend! Being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and museums was our favorite. The bed was super comfortable, the building was safe and it’s close to some of the best Cuban coffee I’ve had.
