Great Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation spot. Walking distance to Duval, clean spacious condo, and overall a great location to stay at during your Key West vacation. The host was attentive and very responsive if anything was needed. This is our 10th trip to Key West. We have stayed at a VRBO property each time and have been very happy. This property, however, was the best of the best. The location is great for a first time visitor or a returning person. The property was spotless. The check in snd pre arrival communication was the best we have experienced with an open dialogue throughout. We will definitely return

The unit itself was as advertised and the staff was very responsive. It’s not the unit for a family however. The hours the neighbors kept made sleep impossible.

We loved it there and we WILL be back! The parking slot with the condo saved us!!!! The condo was very clean and cute as it can be! Plenty of room for the two of us and our two fur babies. RIGHT OFF DUVAL is the perfect name for it. We loved that it was near the Cuban Coffee Queen as well. Super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We can't wait to return!

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Lots of fun things to do & see within walking distance. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left the Keys. Good communication with our host - she was friendly, patient, and dropped everything to help us out. Overall great first trip to Key West, and thankful we had a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. As for the roosters - this place is definitely something to crow about!

Location was great. The gate didn't work the whole time we were there. I only knocked off a star for the level of requirements to perform when checking out - run the dishwasher, strip the beds, take the trash to the curb, etc. It's a bit much for 1k per night.

Thank you for your kind review Rob! We are happy that you had a great stay and you loved the location! We are sorry you had trouble with the gate and wish you had reached out to your property manager to have it fixed. The check out steps are standard industry requirements for most vacation rentals, but we are sorry if it diminished the quality of your stay in any way. Thank you for being our treasured guest and we hope you'll return!

Great location off Duval close to everything. From other reviews I was worried about water pressure but I was happy to find that was not a problem. Clean comfortable place with Plenty of room for two couples. One room has some late night noise from nearby bars and the roosters will tell you good morning. The other room was so quiet are friends slept in every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown
