This is a super property. Short walk to peak 9 lifts as well as restaurants. Clean, well equipped and the hot tub on the deck as well as the community pool and hot tub are great. Owner is very responsive. This suited our party of 6 (3 kids and 3 adults) perfectly

The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. The property was well stocked and very comfortable. Somebody came and shoveled the steps and driveway right after it snowed. Easy walk to Quick Silver lift.

This place was fantastic! Bernie was very responsive and helpful, always quick to answer questions. The property was extremely clean, super cozy, and the kitchen contained everything we needed. The proximity to the lift was unbeatable, and it was also just a few minutes’ walk to Main Street. An excellent stay overall, and we’d highly recommend it.

The chalet exceeded our expectations! The instructions were good, with clear communication, and enough resources left (such as towels, blankets). The chalet was clean, as was the hot tub, and the kitchen was stacked with dishes and supplies. My family and I had a lovely time! We highly recommend and will definitely chose the chalet for our next visit to Breckenridge.

The host was great! Very accommodating and helpful. Always responded to questions. The place was perfect for our family! We walked almost everywhere, which is a huge bonus. We loved the private hot tub, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was big and spacious. We loved everything about it! Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful stay — perfect location and amenities!We had a fantastic time at this property. It’s an easy, pleasant walk to downtown, which made getting around super convenient. The furniture and hot tub were both new and very comfortable — a great touch for relaxing after a day out. Having access to the garage was a huge bonus, especially for securely storing our bikes. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!Dee and Bernie were great!

Summer Trip in Breck

We had a great stay at this home! Bernie was so helpful. He was so responsive with any questions. The home was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. We loved using the private hot tub on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. And my son forgot his wallet when we departed and Bernie was so kind to have it mailed back to us, free of charge!

We loved it!!!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo from December 26, 2025, to January 2, 2025, with 4 adults and 3 kids, and it was an amazing experience!The directions provided were clear, and the condo was super easy to find. The location was absolutely perfect—we walked everywhere! During the day, we strolled to the ski lifts, and in the evenings, we explored the area, trying different restaurants and soaking in the local charm.The condo itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved relaxing in front of the fireplace while watching movies, and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The bedrooms were stocked with ample bedding and pillows, and the entire home was spotless and well-maintained.The host was fantastic with quick responses to our questions about the area, which made planning our activities a breeze.Overall, this was the perfect place for our family to ring in the New Year. We made wonderful memories, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family has a great time staying at this condo! The location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk to the quicksilver lift and there is also a shuttle stop right across the street for easy access to the gondola. The condo was clean and very spacious for our family of 8, and was stocked with everything we needed. The host was great as well and checked in with us multiple times throughout the week.
