We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. If you need conscierge service contact us and aks about.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
? You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. We Have Conscierge service, contact us to ask about it.

POOL HEATER:
? POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL(THIRD PART SERVICE) and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $50 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
? Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.

? It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.

? The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94?F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection is everyday during the morning time, please in case of need place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES: We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outrage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

? $120 - Clogged toilet.
? $500 - Smoking (inside and lanai outside).
? $250 - Moved furniture.
? $350 - Frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72?F).
? If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.܏
