House was as expected, but unit one is right next to the street with sirens from emergency vehicles sounding off daily. Cleaning staff need to pay more attention to under the beds...very dusty with debris left from previous tenants. Air conditioning upstairs is controlled by the master bedroom so they had to leave the bedroom door open in the master so the other rooms cooled off upstairs. Back bedroom has a switch on the wall to close the electric shades if you want the room darker. They don't tell you but they now have a free shuttle service and a restaurant with varied hours. If it's a time when they're serving, the food is very good. The grounds are beautiful and well kept with a vegetable garden in the back for guest's use. I found an old post mentioning this as it was not explained to me. The hot tub has a switch to turn the heater on and it takes about 15 minutes to heat up...when it's working...on the small pool/hot tub area. Overall, a nice place to stay and good location

Amazing!!

A party of 5 women in town for a 40th birthday celebration. We had an amazing time at Scott's villa!! The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Good communication leading up to stay. The only thing I would recommend is a TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. No biggie but would have been nice. Would definitely return. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Big letdown Way overpriced!

Property was not ready for us at checkin time- we were not early. We were told that they were busy. So what? We needed to get cleaned up after our traveling all day to go to a meeting. They should hire enough people to do the job, and not try to make it the customer’s problem. No apology, just excuses. Then they did a slap job of cleaning the place. Dirty, not well maintained. Old, damaged property. Disgusting 1/2 bath on main floor. Stained flooring , worn out furniture. Some high end features but not finished off properly. Missing door trim for instance. Not enough cups & dishes for 2 people for 3 night stay. Just a few random pieces, not even a set.

The neighborhood boasts doctors, lawyers, politicians, businessmen, architects and other professionals as residents of this fine community. When you arrive to our Airbnb gated community you will be greeted by friendly staffers and a welcome pack that is sure to make you smile and know that you have arrived at the right place.

Each home is equipped with state of the art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. Each Studio or Villa has it's own private entrance, comfortable well appointed living space with televisions, dining area, full size bathrooms, state of the art fully equipped kitchens, laundry room (washer & dryer) and so much more.

Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE cable television, central air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grills, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.
