House was clean, problem corrected quickly, pool was nice.this was the best equipped house i have rented, had toilet paper, paper towels and most kitchen utensils. would rent again.

Fun vacation

It was a great experience, it wasn't close to everything but it's wasn't a bad drive to the parks. I would stay there again.

Incorrect Listing

We were assurred by the owner that the pool and hot tub were in working order. When we arrived they were not working as repairs has not been completed. The owner had sent us an email with rules and codes for the pool. He also accused of bring a dog into the condo. My husband and I were on a Princess cruise to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Our dog was left at home with our daughter who was also housesitting. I asked for an apology as well as a rebate for lack of ammenities, but have receiving nothing to date. I feel the owner acted very unprofessionally. Especially since I received previous emails to say that the pool pavers had arrived before Christmas and that the fence crew would be there the next week. We had to cancel two other bookings because they were not repaired and would have booked this condo had we known there would be no pool.

Spacious but some things need a little work.

Stayed the month of February. Very roomy, over 2,000 sq ft. Has a nice pool, we never used it, the pool was too cold. The evenings were cold and pool was not heated. One screen panel located above the pool was loose and was hanging right after it rained one day. There were weeds growing in the cracks of patio floor around pool. I ended up pulling out myself. We did sit occasionally by poolside to enjoy the sunshine and warmer weather. Everything inside the home was clean except the curtains had a weird smell probably needed to be washed in main living area. The window latches on almost all the windows were broke and we couldn’t lock. Safety concerns. The place needs nonstick frying pans. Might want to purchase for future rentals. We went out and purchased our own. The guest toilet at times ran continuously due to the flap in the tank would get hung up. Might be a problem for more than 2 people staying there in the future. The mailing address is Kissimmee, FL., but it is actually in Poinciana, FL It’s 29 miles to Disney World from this place, but due to the infrastructure and traffic it will take you 1 1/2 hours to get there. The tv in main living wasn’t easily operational, compared to the other 2 tv’s. Was surprised to see such a nice home had such a terrible paint job. A lot of slobbered paint on even the kitchen cabinets and trim… Safety issue.

Spacious Property

We had a great stay at this property. The layout was well-designed, offering plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean upon arrival, and the owner was very responsive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. Towels and bedding could use an update, as they were a bit worn. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Not anywhere close to Disney!

We booked this listing thinking it was near Universal and Disney because that's what it says in the caption, very deceiving. I found strands of hair in the bed as if the linens were not changed by the last guest. Floors needed to be swept. The location makes it hard to travel anywhere in a decent time. Painting needs to fixed not done very well. Honestly, a great house just needs a little more deep cleaning in between stays and the minor details are fixed.

Quiet neighborhood - perfect for families

This house had everything our family of 5 needed to enjoy our week-long stay in the Orlando area! The pool was a fabulous bonus! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Adequate

We overall enjoyed our stay. We had one incedent where we set off the fire alarm and could not get in touch with the owner to turn it off. Thankfully the local fire department was understanding. The property was clean. Property was a good 45 minute drive to disney which was a bit inconvenient. Over all we had a great stay.

Has potential but left disappointed

Property manager was very easy to speak to. I feel like he did his best to make us happy. With that said I left feeling disappointed with my stay. Pros Price Heated pool Stocked kitchen Plenty linens Plenty toilet paper trash bags dish washer pods Cons House needed repairs Sloppiness of the paint job throughout the house Location to the parks When we got to the house, right away we saw a large blue tarp on the roof. This was not in the photos nor mentioned when we booked. Even if it does not impact your stay, it is embarrassing and makes the place look shabby. The owner stated that they are waiting on the insurance company before repairs can be made. While this may be true the tarp was very worn out and ripped and most of it was hanging off the house. This seems to me that it has been in place for some time already. Throughout the home there was blue painters' tape on random spots on the ceiling. I assume this was to cover holes made by the leaking roof. Again, makes the place look worn down and shabby. During our stay the heated pool was not working, and a part had to be ordered, this was disappointing. The owner did have someone come by to repair and we got 4 days of our 13. Owner did not charge us for the heating the pool. Paint throughout looked like a child painted, color all over ceiling and trim work. Traffic is a nightmare in this area a 30min ride was always an hour or more. Maybe the owner does not know the condition of the repairs to the home, he was very nice

Perfect for our trip to Flordia

Overall the stay was great. It is out of the way of the crazy Orlando traffic. The house supplied everything we needed. My 5y/o loved the pool, but could not use it as the weather was cold during our visit. Only negative was we could not get the TV to work in the spare bedroom. We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean!!

Nice, OUTSIDE the Villa

We spent hours with a bottle of drano in hall bath, on us. Kitchen faucet pops off when using it. Bulb in chandelier blew out and the watcher from across the street came in while we were out which I felt invaded because all my stuff was in there. The roof had a blue tarp covering some missing shingle areas so we notified owner and at 8 am the next morning someone woke us up walking, banging and clanging up there. Owner said he told them to wait, but that didn’t work. The clicker in living room only changed channels, you had to manually turn it on and off as well as adjust the volume. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, the thermostat, every 3 hours or so, went back to eco and the home went back to 75! Every three hours, even in the middle of the night so we were up to put it back to 68 all night long. We notified owner and his response was; he called the electrician but they weren’t available until the Saturday AFTER we left. Instead of just programming the universal clicker himself and maybe leaving instructions for removing the eco setting, he just let us suffer. Never even offered to reimburse us for the drano! Oh, and the recent paint job was aweful!!! The yellow is all o er the ceiling and trim boards. I’m SO happy our guests couldn’t stop in! It would’ve been extremely embarrassing.

Another stay in the USA

All in all it was a very successful vacation, only the communication at the end left a lot to be desired. The house was as shown in the description. Very nice pool.

We kept hearing a beeping sound in the house. Reached out to Douglas who had someone come check it out almost immediately & taken care of. Home was stocked with the basic essentials.

The property was very nice, communication with the owner Victor, and the person that watched the home was great, the best part was the heated pool, spent a lot of time swimming in the morning before activities and in the late afternoon’s when we got back, we had a very nice vacation. Thank you, Pam
