Christmas Getaway

My daughter and I made our annual trip to Maderia Beach. First time using Itrip and staying at Sandy Shores. Both were great! Itrip made it easy to book, get early (2 PM) access and everything was communicated well. 103 Sandy Shores was perfect for our getaway. Nicely furnished, clean and neat and very easy to access the pool and beach. Lots of beach amenities come with it including chairs and umbrella. Would rent this unit again and would recommend Itrip as well

Christmas on the beach

Amazing location! This condo was exactly what we needed for our stay with my husband and our two children. The space was perfect, the pool was great! The access to the beach was the best we’ve had in this area. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset during dinner was my favorite. We would 100% stay at this exact same condo again!

Our stay was amazing! Everything was very clean and worked great. Loved the games, sand and pool toys. Beautiful view. Loved having all the restaurants and shops just steps away. Our 2 teens even approved of this place. Felt like we were in the middle of everything but still quiet and away from the crowd at the same time. Can’t wait to come back!!

Super convenient to the beach and pool, gorgeous view of the dolphins at stride right from the balcony. Large rooms and comfy beds. Great master shower. Coffee pot could use and upgrade and we had to buy extra tp and paper towels but that may have just been us. The building was older but well maintained they worked on something everyday. The only downside was the fact that our room was right over the pool entry gate and it shut really loudly when people just let it slam but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The pool area was great with some shade and tables and a gorgeous beach view, we went in October and the weather was absolutely perfect but the pool water was too chilly for me, I thought it was heated. It didn’t bother the kids much. I liked that I could use my AirPods and still hear my podcast or audiobook at the pool with my phone in the room. There was great beach stuff in the room so we didn’t have to bring toys or chairs. It was a great stay!

My friends and I were very impressed with the condo. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Our view was the beach and we enjoyed spending our mornings on the balcony having our coffee.Check in process was easy and communication with management was good. The condo is across from John’s Pass and convenient to shopping and dining.My friends and I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was great. great communication with management company. place was clean , neat and beds were great. Very easy to walk your entire stay for meals and ice cream and shopping. If There was anything that needed attention would be bathroom exaust fans and since it looks like its been repainted not long ago, replace the metal air return on side of wall. Awesome place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, spacious, and in a prime location just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and local activities. The property also had a BBQ grill near the pool area, which was a great bonus.The unit came stocked with plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, toys, pool towels, and even fishing poles. The kitchen had a good selection of dishes and cookware, and beach towels were also provided. The dedicated parking spot is uncovered but there were several guest spots available nearby.The starter kit for our 3 night stay included two trash bags, two dishwasher pods, one laundry pod, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. There was no sponge included in the kitchen, which may have been an oversight. A major plus for us was that we rented three units in the same building for our group. With proper planning, it’s definitely possible to keep your whole party together which made our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-equipped beachside condo that offers both comfort and convenience.

The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to lots of little shops, great restaurants and any type of water activity you can think of (jet skies, pairisailing, fishing ect..) Our one down fall was there is no lighting in or around the pool. Once it is dark it is very dangerous for especially little kids to swim. There is no working light inside the poor or around/outside the pool. The condo was well kept and had plenty of space. Located a very short walk to the edge of the water. A washer and dryer in the unit would be a huge help but over all we had a good experience with out stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at John's Pass. The location is perfect for our family. We spent time at the beach and pool, and went on a couple trips with Hubbard's Marina across the street.

Overall the unit was not very clean and lacked most basic items. To pay over 4k for a week I would hope the unit would have been cleaner and in better overall shape. Very frustrating when there was very little kitchen dishes- there were 4 bowls, 4 plates, etc for almost all kitchen dishes. Location is ideal but definitely not worth the price point for the week- unit needs updating and to be stocked better.

Great Place

The unit was clean, comfortable and its location in the building is ideal. Great view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The building’s location is directly across Gulf Boulevard from John’s Pass. The only thing I’d add is a clock or two, especially in the bedrooms.
