Luxury Beachfront Corner Condo 3 BR 2 BA with a Pool - It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

This newly remodeled Villa Madeira condo is a large north corner unit that has a screened in balcony facing the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect spot for viewing the sunset and dolphins swimming. There is access from both the living area and the primary bedroom to the balcony. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with the comforts of home. 3 Bedrooms/2 Full Bathrooms. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well as internet and cable. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking and no pet property.

Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face west and have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private screened in balcony. Directly across the street from Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen. St Johns Pass and Treasure Island are a short walk where you’ll find shopping, dining, fishing and boating. There are restaurants and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this condo. Direct beach access, a refreshing outdoor pool, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was absolutely perfect! The moment we walked in, we could tell it was even better than the photos. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed and more. From a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas, every detail was thoughtfully provided. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a stunning ocean view was unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

The host, Cyndi, was very welcoming and immediately responded to any of our questions about the unit or how to use any of the amenities. The unit was well-equipped and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the balcony has good furniture for viewing.

Great view. Very clean unit. Plenty of extras for the beach including chairs and umbrella. Fans in room. Hairdryer, flat iron, etc. communication with host was excellent. Would 100% stay again if back in the area!.

The condo was very nice and clean, the location was great and the owner was easy to communicate with. We appreciated that basic starters like dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, and trash bags were provided and they also had beach chairs/umbrellas for us to use. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that construction was going on and it was noisy, starting at 7:30 some mornings. We weren’t able to use the balcony some of the time because the workers were on the balcony.

The condo was amazing! The views of the beach, watching dolphins early in the morning from the screened in balcony, sunsets, walking right out to the beach was the best!!! The construction from the hurricane (everywhere) was annoying but would definitely go back to that condo! There were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, life jackets, coolers, a lot of the extra things already there. Cyndi was great to work with. Good communication and timely responses. We miss it already!

Absolutely beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated, 2 types of coffee makers, every amenity. Hostess checked in frequently and answered any questions we had. We have stayed at Villa Madeira many times and this was by far the best condo and hostess.

A Wonderful surprise

We LOVED our stay at the condo. Perfect location, perfect view, and perfect accommodations. Besides the construction going on, and the pool not being opened, it was perfect for our family who did not mind spending the days at the beach. The place is stocked with everything you will need for the beach, to include towels. We are hoping to visit this condo in the future.

Hurricane damage

The condo itself was wonderful. Ample space clean and very nice. Minus the master bedroom bed that the leg kept caving in. NO PARKING ...CONSTRUCTION EVERY MORNING AT 7:59 AM.NO POOL. didnt get told about pool until right before trip. Didnt get told about parking until day before our trip. Also got told day before that they would be entering our porch to do construction on closet. Construction workers everywhere. The beach was a mess up by building. My problem is not with the work...my problem with it is not being told about it until after i paid. This should have been made aware at the booking so i had time to cancel and get my money back. Would not recommend until construction is finished. Very shady on not being told earlier on in the process.

Second Time here, planning our third

Our second visit to this property and it was better than the first which was excellent in itself. This condo is plenty big but warm and homey at the same time. It has everything you need, and we loved sitting on the balcony at all different times of the day just to relax and watch the beach happenings. Sunsets are spectacular. If you need to be among the people, you are a short distance up to Pier 60 in Clearwater or a short drive into St Pete. to have dinner at Rumfish Grill. It is centrally located to so many things, so many nooks and crannies that you discover on Facebook, no matter who comes, there are activities for everyone, and relaxing is easy come by. can't say enough about our second visit to Cyndi's condo. When I ask my sister what she wanted to do for her 60th birthday, she didn't miss a beat in responding. Let's go to Cyndi's condo. This trip we invited a longtime friend who had never done this type of vacation and is not a beach person and he had an outstanding relaxing time. He noted how great the community is around the area from John's Pass across the bridge to Treasure Island. Vacationing here with all the various options is sure fire a winner that can be We'll be back next year

Great location

Loved the proximity to the white sand! So easy to run inside if needed. Walk to John’s Pass for shopping/ dinner… only 4 buildings away from drinks etc at Caddy’s. We rented a boat while there and did some miniature golfing. Great location!

Great Getaway

This is a beautiful, well supplied condo with a stunning direct view of the Gulf and sunsets. Unfortunately the pool wasn't yet open after hurricane damage, but the kids enjoyed the white sand beach. Most restaurants within walking distance had been repaired and were open. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Best condo yet in Madeira!

Warm Weather Get Away

We've traveled all 50 states and stayed in dozens of rentals and this one was by far the best. It was well appointed and the most well outfitted and clean condo we've stayed at. Cyndi, the owner was available immediately for the few questions we had. There is some work being done on the building and pool due to the hurricane this past fall. We were informed of this up front and it didn't impact our experience. We highly recommend this property!

First and foremost, I am very particular about cleanliness. This was amazing! Third floor is perfect to view the ocean. The beds were comfortable. This condo is very spacious. They have everything you might need such as paper towels and toilet paper and hand soap and even some laundry necessities. We had the best time and I will definitely be renting this unit again!

As described with personal service

Property was just as described and pictured. No unpleasant surprises. Well stocked in the kitchen and elsewhere. You deal with the owner personally, which is a nice change especially given how responsive she was. We had the unfortunate experience to visit during Tropical Storm turned Hurricane Debby. We stayed in touch throughout and Cyndi made it less stressful by chatting with us casually as things passed. I would highly recommend this property and the owner! The building is a nice size - not too big meaning there was always plenty of beach space. You have an assigned parking spot so no worrying about there being a space. You are within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. The screened porch was very nice so you don’t have to worry about bugs or birds.

Such a wonderful stay in Madeira Beach

We loved our stay at It's 5 o'clock somewhere! Cyndi, the owner, was really great and easy to communicate with. We loved being right on the beach. The location was great! Very close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Since we flew in, it was so nice that the property had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to use while at the beach. We would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

Awesome stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. View was beautiful with many dolphin sightings. Area is quiet and less busy area of the beach. Place was clean and met our needs. Wish the rental had a few more towels and wash cloths but everything else was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was great! We could definitely tell she cared about making sure she did everything she could, to ensure our stay was pleasant. Looking for something a little different

At first was a little Leary because it was full payment up front this was back in January usually 1/2 then 30 days before reservation the other 1/2 but it all worked out knew I was safe with VRBO, the beach was family oriented and not crowded the restaurants were great and the traffic was not congested and the water was calm and not wave crashing great for younger kids and old farts like me
